    Hello! How did you get the Nayax to work? Or what cable did you purchase to make it work? As I have the same machine and have a 9 prong connector instead of a mdb

    civic hybrid used iridium only, honda reccomends laser spark plugs, only available online

      @@torrer2013 my civic spark plugs failed because they got oil damage, if you press hard on the gas the spark plug is working too hard, it will fail prematurely. the acceleration must be good without any catalytic restriction, remember, you have 8 spark plugs Not 4, so the power is 4 times as high than regular car without assist. any backflow will make engine overheat and make those spark plugs work alot harder, i reccomend changing all your oils regularly

      I would recommend seeing if it’s burning oil by seeping out the engine and falling on the exhaust or if it’s burning internally which would need quite the repair. Thanks for watching and the comment!

      @@torrer2013 Easy-peasy -lemon squeezy. Went like clock-work with no surprises, other than a CORRODED bolt below the battery. Must have gotten some battery acid down there, at sometime in the last twenty years. Ate away at the shank of the bolt, making it VERY stubborn to remove. Luckily, the cup washer threads were undamaged. Had to get a NEW bolt from the dealer. They only sold them in FOUR packs.

    I purchased a 2010 Honda civic hybrid too. I noticed that the car jerks a little when you put it in drive or reverse. I have never driven a hybrid before so I don’t know if this is normal. Do you hear a click sound when you put your car in drive or reverse? Thanks.

      I’ve had mine almost 2 years and have not had a click or jerk when in reverse, only on a slight slope when going into reverse it will shift a little hard but other than that have not had that problem. Thanks for watching and the comment!

      Got a 2008 and 2009 with about 110k miles both were clean with little wear and tear and drove smooth and perfect, not too long after having the cars they had similar issues with jerking from a stop when trying to accelerate, checked some maintenance spark plugs were burnt and probably got new MAF also since they’re from factory(plenty of years old), right after that cars worked and drove smooth like nothing happened except my girl didn’t listen to me and drove the car with the jerking issue for like half a year and she had to pay to get the transmission replaced($2,500)

    Lol thanks for the vid bro. I was so confused on why tf i couldnt reinstall this so simple looking thing. I just missed the shoulder thing step. My center console plastic plate thing snapped in half and i just bought a new one and had to install this plastic thing again

    I'm replacing a few of mine on my 01 Sport Trac in a few days. 3 of my bushings are completely gone and 1 or 2 are close to it, replacing with DayStar poly bushings, I hope I notice the difference!

    I have same machine does the bill acceptor give you a hard time when trying to slide it back into its slot because I think the chip connected on the side is getting pinched against the frame any advice?

      There is a certain way to get it to slide and lock in. If mine is not in place then it will light up but fail to intake anything.

      Thanks for watching and the comment. I think the company is out of business so parts aren’t plentiful. It is card reader compatible and I’ve seen a bill acceptor that works better than the one the machine comes with.

      I’m not sure what screw you mean, the 2 t15 torx are part of the center console, the pin and spring are also part of the center console. The only part I had to purchase was the latch which I ordered on Amazon and has been working great. Thanks for watching and the comment.

    Im at my wits end. same car, latch broken in exact same place and cant get the latch clip removed for sh*t. What are you pushing on, on the left side of the latch? No flaming please. I usually good with this stuff.

      Yes I was pushing on the left side of the latch, you kind of have to hold the center console lid in place so it doesn’t move when pushing the latch. Try and push close to the holes that the pin goes through rather than the part of the latch you can see when the cover is on.

      I can’t find a part number or replacements but you can probably go to a salvage yard and find them on a same model car as yours. For this model it’s a t15 torx.

    Wait wait wait, your CEL wouldnt clear even when you commanded the OBD2 scanner to clear the code? And cleared when you drove it? Thats insane cause I have my car on jack stands idleing and trying to turn off the code after putting oem sensor. Car wont let me rev past 3200 but I just realized it was in park when reved it. Im gonna give it a drive to see of it shuts off.

      Yes it said something about it being a severe code so it needed to be driven for 25miles for it to clear. Thanks for watching and the comment

      So when you drove, was it in limp mode and wouldn't let you pass 3k rpms?

      @@notenuffccs no it drove normally for me, I did have a misfire issue again a couple weeks later but it was due to spark plugs needing to be replaced. Once I did those issue was gone.
