I have replaced the Battery on this iPhone 11 Pro and was able to keep/refresh the battery health back to 100% using the JCID flex cable.
It’s best to spot weld the tabs back on, a lottle hack I like to do is on the aluminium tab use a off cut pure nickel and you will get a better result.

I have an iPhone that will keep showing the old data at 88%, I have tried connecting a different battery, rebooting and reconnecting the new battery with the transfered bms board again but to no avail. The new data won't show up whatever I do, have you come into this? I have done many replacements without issues with the same tag on. Thanks in advance for your reply

Is a battery repair cable always necessary when battery fit to the phone? Or It still work if remove it?

So the phone will work if you remove it but the health will be at the old level.
The new video I just posted will show how to reset the battery health without the repair cable ;)
