Yeah, luckily I researched a fair bit when I got called in by the police and I was able to protect my rights. It's now a system of guilty until proven innocent with domestic violence cases which is abhorrent. It's wokism gone wild. My wife realising that what she did was wrong by a massive misrepresentation of what was a heated discussion, came back to me, apologising, however by this time the courts and police system was all about charging me for something I didn't do. She then tried to file multiple, no complaints, into the court system as well as the lodging at the magistrates for the ivo. She then wished she had never done it and so did I of course. We simply wanted to get our relationship back on track but we couldn't eventually then court date came and it wasn't until then the case was dismissed. It almost broke our marriage when we could have merely just had a mediator have a discussion with both of us. I still have one ivo hearing to attend. Prior to this our marriage was looking to break down and I believe this was her method to try and keep us together so that I had to in quotes behave. During these last 6-7 months I've been feeling like there's no way I could try and leave her even if I wanted to, because at any stage she could just reverse her decision. I constantly feel trapped and have no rights within my own home. She is free to move around Furniture till she feels that she's done it enough and buy anything she wants and do anything she wants and go anywhere she wants and I can't say a single thing. As far as I'm concerned, marriage or cohabitating is dead for men of today.

The courts haven't meaningfully addressed Adultery since the water fountains were segregated so the wronged party sought relief by converting her grievance to D/V. Your Client opted out of morality FIRST. The immorality of Perjury was on the playing field landscaped by your Client's affair and watered by your Client's having drawn first blood. My neighbor's dog attacked mine, and then rushed to the Dog Control Officer (DCO) to file a report saying that it was my dog who attacked her and her dog. It's a classic he said-she said (my husband was walking our dog at the time). I believe she wants to deflect blame away from her dog, but she also has a psychological disorder. She's trying to have my dog declared dangerous and my husband charged with misdemeanor cruelty because she claims he kicked her dog, "in a brutal act of unjustified cruelty." (This never happened.) This neighbor's dog bit my other neighbor and has gotten loose and attacked our dog three times. Her dog was declared dangerous in a case brought by our Town's DCO in which my neighbor and I testified. She immediately filed a dangerous dog claim against my husband and I following that case. We had a hearing two days later and the case was dismissed. Now she's appealing! 🙄 She's relentless. Based on an absolute lie! The truth worked in the Town's dangerous dog hearing against us. She had a huge Google maps aerial photo of the ENTIRE subdivision, with an easle and pointer. She had vet records and x-rays. She had video of our dog barking at her and her dog as they walked past our yard. All we had was my husband's statement about the dog attack incident as he recalled it, and testimony from the DCO and the neighbor who was bitten. In addition to us having not been properly served a Notice of Appeal, I have since found at least 3 "inconsistencies" in the various versions of her claim, and I'm preparing our defense in County AND City courts. She's trying to bring that same, original lie into two different courts. Can she do this? Even after our case was dismissed!? I'm trying to prepare a Motion to Dismiss the Appeal, but first I have to file a Notice of Motion (why do courts require so much paperwork!?). Note - Our dog is the biggest baby and least dangerous dog ever! First of all, she's a scaredy-cat, and she's lame in both hind legs. She actually runs (as best she can) and hides from danger. Second is that once she gets to know you (after first being scared and barking at you), you're a friend for life. And she's never attacked or bitten anyone.

I would enjoy it more if you were to dress with a wig and a little different look to play the other character yourself. Even though these are serious topics, for me personally, i can follow it much better when I'm being entertained by purposely bad acting. I hope i got that across to you correctly. Totally underrated video. If you’re the Respondent, one of the best things you can do is go to get an extension and observe the proceedings of other cases. You’ll learn very quickly how to speak calmly in front of the judge. Also, the tip about not letting a Judge Pro Tem hear the case is GOLDEN. Depending on the court, they might be called a Commissioner. These guys have nothing at stake, no reputation to defend. I figured this out pretty quickly and didn’t allow the commissioner to hear the case. The other thing I did was to go to the county recorder and get a copy of the judge’s Oath of Office where they did “solemnly swear to uphold the constitution” and filed a Request for Judicial Notice of the judge’s Oath of Office and the Constitution. Now they have their reputation at stake. Also, if you can get a fee waiver, you can get the proceedings court-reported for free. You can pack the case with a boatload of documents and filings and get ready to submit your case to the Court of Appeals. Nothing would be worse than for a layperson to take their case to the Court of Appeals and get it overturned. Then the judge looks like a total fool.

I utilized your technique of letting the Petitioner give the court a bunch of “damaging” testimony by the Petitioner’s witness who wasn’t even at the scene without even objecting on the basis of hearsay. Then when the Petitioner got up to the stand, I said, _“Previously in this hearing your witness, Ms. Jones, testified ‘such-and-such’ happened in the parking lot of the Shop-Rite Supermarket on Nov 15, 2022. In your own words, what happened that day?”_ After the Petitioner told the story where she changed certain elements to fit her narrative, I then said, _“How did Ms. Jones find out about these events? Did she hear it from you?”_ That just blew the Petitioner away. She had just been caught, not only concocting a story, but feeding it someone else to regurgitate on the stand.

Ah! The zoomies! I know about those 😼 I have a neighbor who has filed no fewer than 4 frivolous/fraudulent small claims lawsuits against my husband and me, including dangerous dog, which everyone can see (including the judge) is ridiculous. She has no problem swearing under oath to tell the truth and then lying her a$$ off both in and out of court and presenting false evidence. Fortunately for me, she not a very clever liar because she provides contradictory evidence and statements that make the judge’s work easy. It's more difficult than it looks on TV to present your case, dirct and cross examine witnesses, and remember all the protocols for presenting an placing all the evidence on the record, etc. Much admiration for what you do!

Also doing this gives your lawyer something to work with!

I'll take anyone really attempting to help it is quite the most FN of story. After I asked Mr.I ake my ex to leave our family home following a three physical attack left shaken but ok. Weaponized CPS: WHAT DAD CALLS CPS ON THEIR OWN CHILD? He made a false(IV DRUGS-WTF) report to CPS. I fully cooperated, but the very next day, I was served notice of a hearing requesting full custody-conveniently scheduled just one day later. Lied to the Court: He blatantly LIED to the judge about not owning firearms, even though he has bragged about possessing illegal high-capacity magazines. 30 DRUMS Abused Legal Tactics: His attorneys have filed false claims, attempted to cut off my income, and served me with an eviction notice-all designed to harass and intimidate me. Harassment: He has initiated false wellness checks, sent strangers to my home to serve papers, and dragged me into endless legal battles, causing fear and stress for me and my children. Harmed Our Children: The court granted him week-on/week-off custody after my restraining order was denied, despite clear evidence of his abuse. This has caused my youngest, who is on the autism spectrum, to regress emotionally and developmentally. I have evidence of his behavior, including witnesses and even admissions of guilt, but the court has failed to act. I fear for my safety and my children’s well-being. And attacked my living hood. I wish I knew this…. My spouse got me falsely arrested Nov 2nd (for a day) saying I violently attacked him first when it was the other way around with him violently stealing my phone. Me and my spouse was in the same area at the same time.....(round 10-1030AM…I was parked at a parking lot near our old residence in a recent crisis we had April-May 2024 when he physically attacked me and threatened me and cursed me out consistently in front of our kids for taking up for our son who he was being extremely rageful towards April 30th 2024 just to ask simple commands and had our son so nervous (I have video proof) and he neglected me and his kids and had us evicted May 2024...and I went to this same area during this crisis to contemplate on my next steps for shelter as I let our kids go to his mom house in May since DCS was called on me Mid May after he left us May 1st and reneged on his responsibilities as the primary bread winner who paid the bills...

DO NOT SPEAK TO THE COPS YOURSELF!!! They are not your friends, they WILL NOT help you. They get promoted by charging people with serious crimes, even if they arent prosecuted; meaning they have incentive to take your freedom and possibly ruin your life. Ask for an attorney immediately and shut up. Hopefully they ask questions after you ask for a lawyer, cuz then your case gets dropped.

What if the opposing attorney objects to leading questions

Nobody on this thread is realizing that the Department of Justice is totally on board with the malicious prosecution of people who cannot afford to defend themselves!
