I really appreciate these videos you make. I'm going thru some very tough accusations right now and all I want to do is clear my name and go back to enjoying my life. I've never had to defend myself in court before but the more I listen to you and talk with my attorney the better I feel.❤

I am a survivor of serial false abuse allegations that occurred during a multi year divorce so my ex-wife could, or at least she thought she could, max out alimony, child support and child sharing percentages. I was fortunate to learn early what she was doing and I captured everything in great detail. It took me many years and all of my life savings to fight motion after motion, each time they were denied with the courts saying my ex-wife had no credibility... but they kept entertaining these motions and allowing her to abuse me and the system while the attorneys all profited from the misery my children and I were forced to endure. In the end, she did not get what she wanted with the false allegations but I still struggle to understand why she was never criminally held in contempt for perjury, liable for the slander, libel and just overall gaming of the system put in place to protect people in need. I also don't understand why family law allows this to go on and encourages it to escalate. A lot of good fathers are getting murdered when women don't get their way, look at John Mast, Jared Bridegan, and Dan Markel to just name a few

In cases where “domestic abuse” is claimed the male is ALWAYS considered guilty until proven innocent (just like a driver is always considered guilty in traffic court - sometimes even when there is video proof to the contrary).

I needed a attorney like you back in the mid 90s. I was married back then and we had 1 kid together. I was also working 7 days a week and 3 of those days was 12 hours shifts. My wife back then didn't work and she wouldn't get up in the middle of the night when our kid woke up and needed fed or take care of our kid during the day.
I found out that she was cheating on me. So I told her that I was going to file for divorce.
Our kid wanted to live with me. I already had our kid in daycare and people lined up to take care of our kid when I had to work over.
She told me that if I divorce her that she would make sure that I would never see my kid again.
She ran out the door and went to the police station telling them that I was beating the shit out of her and our kid.
I did prove that those charges were false.
But before I proved those changes where false, she got costady of our kid.
After that she ran to county to county to county putting more false charges on me trying to make sure that I wouldn't see my kid again.
The 1st 2 county's I was able to prove that the charges were false. The 3rd county I was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
A few years after I got out of prison I talked to my kid. My kid asked me why I couldn't stay out of trouble?
I asked my kid what she was talking about that I'm never in trouble with the law. She told me to quit lying to her that my parole officer is always calling her telling her that I got in trouble again and that they sent me back to prison and that I've been in trouble so much that I have been sentenced to be on parole for the rest of my life. Which they don't have such a law here in Ohio.
Here my ex-wife is still brain wash her to keep her away from me.
I have talked to my kid about 5 times in the last 30 plus years and she still doesn't believe a word I say, so I haven't seen her in over 30 years also.

it's ridiculous to begin with, that someone can call the police and have you arrested, and thrown in jail, on a mere accusation of "domestic violence", without any sufficient proof whatsoever. Your home is supposed to be your personal space, and unless they have very good reasons, they should leave you and your alleged relationship problems there in the personal sphere, where they belong.
This is all caused by female rights craziness.

I mean, I'm supporting women's rights, but just not like this. I believe that couple's must have the freedom to resolve their differences in their own private sphere, as much as possible, without any police interference. Unless of course they have a strong indication that a crime is going on there, or has been going on. Otherwise stay away from people's private business. That is what I believe.

What about if you were never arrested/ taken into custody? Does it matter also if you were never made aware that charges even existed against you? Only know beforehand due to victim "accidently" sending an email to wrong person aka me showing documentation of official document of upcoming criminal summons How to figure it out then?

Infidelity is not illegal , But what about using the other individual with sex To insight violence or homicidal violence against the other . Like sending someone to make a car payment , Knowing that when they return They will walk in on them and bed together , To create a violent conflict Between two rival males, Knowing that the other rival male is Homicially violent .
And if the scales of justice are blind , And we're Attempting to seek equality between the sexes
Would there not be a battered male syndrome .

I experienced a case of aggravated harassment in the second degree and another charge by false accusations from a woman I was friends with online, whom I never saw in real life. I was appalled the police took the accusations seriously. I refused to speak to police or to let them into my phone. They seized it but were never able to get a warrant. The DA never sent my public defender and the courts an evidence packet, meanwhile I screenshot her repeated attempts to contact me and reel me back into emotions and some sort of relations despite a temporary protection order. The case kept being adjourned for several months, until my lawyer made a motion to dismiss based on the lack of a certificate of evidence which was granted. Horrible few months of my life.
