As a revert Muslim man, it seems quite difficult for me to find a spouse as well. My family is very stubborn about not having a Muslim bride :( I am living in berlin and Muslims here are born and raised Muslims with strong family ties and cultural obligations. Most fathers would not desire their daughter to get married to a revert whose family is not even showing up to meet them. I feel terribly alone since I am always discouraged by my family about Islam as well. I am thankful to Allah though no matter what. I always have my hope, lowering my gaze even watching this video, waiting my future queen with patience 😩

It is also a byproduct of age. I had controlling behavior and anxiety most of my life. Islam, and getting older has almost brought it to normal levels. What is age? Exposure. Time. Lessons repeated. When I first reverted, I struggled with surrender (again, control freak). It has gotten so much better. Now, I don't have to stress out. Stress out so much. :)

I quit Islam at age fourteen and I see a convert to Islam. Don't you read the Quran properly at all? Men can have multiple wives in Islam and that is never based on equality. It's a backward and pagan religion.
