I think Scrambled Eggs and Down the Drain could have worked as S3 episodes. The events of Thomas Gets Bumped could easily set up those stories: Scrambled Eggs: After his Branchline is placed under repairs after the hot sun bent the rails, TFC sends Thomas to help out Edward on his line. The Twins tease him about his blue paint job, but Edward gives a heads up about their behaviour. Later, Thomas is so busy thinking about Bill & Ben he fails to notice a broken down lorry on a crossing and crashes into it, looking like a scrambled egg in the process. The episode ends with the Twins teasing Thomas about his “new coat of paint,” leaving Thomas embarrassed. Down the Drain: Thomas is still feeling embarrassed after his accident in the previous episode and the Twins continue to tease him about it. After leaving the clay pits with full loaded trucks, they find that the Drain is flooded. They try to get to the other side as quickly as possible, but this results in their fires being put out. Even worse, it starts raining heavily and the water begins to rise. At the Docks, Thomas is told about the situation and is asked to go help them. He’s reluctant at first, but is reminded of how important the shipment is. He is able to rescue Bill & Ben despite how high the water level is. Later that day, the Twins thank him for his help and apologise for teasing him. Thomas forgives them and is then told his branch line has been repaired and he will be back on there tomorrow. The episode ends with Bill & Ben whistling goodbye to Thomas, having found new respect for him.

Don’t your favorite characters from Thomas and Tugs respectively share the number 5?

Donald has been classified by people and the Wiki as the more witty and jokey type while Douglas is seen as the more calmer and mature of the two I guess. I could see that with their individual episodes in S3 that were adapted for TV, but to me I see Donald as more jokey in "Donald's duck" and "Tenders for Henry" and the more disgruntled and angrier type in "Emily in the middle", "Love me tender" and "Twin Trouble" and even in "Breakvan" while I see Douglas as the more sensitive type in "The Twin Engines", "Bluebells of England" and "Escape" when it comes to the topic of being sent away from Sodor and the concepts of scrap and death and the serious and mature type in "Twin Trouble" and "Love me tender" as he tries to solve whatever squabble he and Donald get into in a more calmer manner. I don't know if other twins like Bill and Ben, Arry and Bert or Hell even Mighty Mac have their own individual personality but maybe it's just my thoughts on how twins or different brothers are different with behaviors in real life or in fiction. :/ "Emily in the middle" is the only Donald and Douglas episode I dislike because of how childish the twins were and Emily had to be the nanny of the situation... l:( "Love me tender" is much better than that. Ive mostly preferred Michael Angelis' narration for only "Twin Trouble" and "Percy's chocolate crunch". The rest of S6 was sorta fine for Alec Baldwin depending on how much emotion he had in his soul as he did in S5.

Probably my favorite Grampus line was the one at the end of Munitions where he says " Well, I've been used for a few strange jobs before, but never have I brought in a switcher and taken away a twitcher!"

I can understand this list, though if I had to pick a number 1, I personally would go with Hercules It’s less for his presence in the show itself, even though I found all of his appearances to be a treat, but more for the potential he had as a character There’s so much that could have been done with Hercules, and I think it’s that lack of information around him which makes me excited for what we could’ve gotten from him Apart from that, he’s just charming, witty, and suave to the point where I can’t find myself feeling any other way about him other than just loving him, he’s fantastic as a grounded figurehead and his potential just gets me so excited for where he could’ve gone

I knew Warrior was going to be #1, and my #1 Tugs character is Ten Cents.

14:30 My God… you’re right. Ten Cents is a Main Character, but he doesn’t exude Main Character Energy. He’s written in a way where if he shows up, you’d buy him a beer. Where as someone like Thomas, (depending on the season you’re watching), you either want to pay his whole ticket or punch him in the face. Ten Cents is Season 5 Thomas, and I’m almost sure of it.

Believe it or not, my favorite tugs character is little owl… HERE ME OUT!!!! The reason I love little owl is because I think he has the most story potential. I feel a little owl would not get that much love Because he has no character due to him being the only character to not have speaking lines, but that’s the reason I love him. He has no character so you can make one up and thus can never make him out of character.

Warrior just so happens to be my favourite TUGS character too! I consider his spotlight episode to be the most underrated of the show as well, and his scene at the end where he rescues Izzy was just fantastic. Other favourite characters of mine include Ten Cents, Sunshine, Top Hat, Grampus, Hercules, Zorran, Zebedee, Johnny Cuba etc.

Well my favorite tugs characters are in order captain star ten cents Big Mac ( the tug not the food) o.j warrior Hercules sunshine grampus for the star fleet and as for the zed stacks captain zero zorran zebedee zak zug and zip and for the rest of the background characters like boomer are my favorite but other than that essential video

I wonder though, does he not want his tugs near Johnny Cuba because he secretly cares about them and doesn't want them harmed because Johnny hates him, or is it because it would damage his company's rep if they got caught near him due to his past?

This is by far the best tugs video, and I have to agree of what everything you said about the tugs and I would say out of all the characters we all know who it is it’s obviously sunshine
