The Freightliner cabover condo blew a radiator hose southeast of Springfield, Mo in minus 20 degree weather and I didn't have enough clothes for warmth or the tools to fix both of the problems. Luckily for me a husband and wife trucker team gave me a ride to a gas station until the wrecker came! That was the last time I didn't have enough clothes.

We don't have seasons anymore!! It's just random weather!!

I have orientation on the 20th if I pass my dot physical and pass cdl permit. Which I should. I honestly can’t wait.

I’m with TMC and I’m going broke! 3-4 loads a week is not cutting it when driving regional. They advertise $1300-$1600 a week but I can’t seem to make the minimum. Don’t get me wrong, I have made a few $2k checks but they are few and far between. They always keep me in the NE and I feel like that may be the issue. I really like everything other than the pay but I’m not out here doing charity work. Any advice? I’m currently sitting at 32% and I get the job done but I’m always told there’s no freight in the area which leads to sitting or late dispatch.

1st company I drove for when I retired from the Army was TMC. I did my year and was gone. They couldn't pay me enough money to work there again.

I always ran 12500 on my steer axle.

That's also extra weight you'll probably want to weigh that to get the exact weight
