Dude that's right, adapt and overcome. The main thing that keeps people from being successful is the stress. It is imperative that you keep it together and find a solution for your problems and handle your business in an effective way. Way to stand on business bro.
Cannot wait to join TMC. gotta wait for my felonies from December 2015 to he 10 years old which will he dec of 25. So I’m stoked. U keep my dream alive brother. Thanks for all you do driver!!
Congratulations on working to put that behind you. I'm glad that my content could help you. 🧔🏿👍🏿 Let me know when you're clear if you're interested in a referal.
@@EruditeTrucker I’m most definitely going to be using you as referral when it’s time. That’s already been in the plans my friend! Does it help you out? And will it benefit me in any way as far as recruiting goes? I’m all for it if it will incentivize you.
Yes, Tmc has a referal program for employees. It also helps you because an application with a referal gets looked at before any non-referal applicants. Tmc gets countless applications weekly, so they weed most applications out quickly if they don't meet company standards. Knowing a current employee helps.
Dang Brother just can’t catch a break. I’m head to Des Moines end of month to start my training with TMC. Can’t wait to get out on the road. Be safe out there…
@@ope499 I'm there to get through trianing and hit road with my trainer who happens to be one of my former Marine Corps Motor T Students..Life has come full circle where the student becomes the teacher haha
Hey bro...sounds like my guess about that tank was somewhat correct: the tank itself was bad. I had that happen to me once before, too. Are you heading up to Brookville IN to load up those shingles? (That is, unless youve already come and gone as of the time of this posting.) You exude far more patience than most...I commend you for that.
Probably a dumb question and maybe answered already but that first week you were waiting for repair or the new truck do you at least get some kind of hourly compensation or are you just out pay for their equipment being down? Love the videos man keep it up
As a diesel mechanic wanting to be a tmc truck driver and working on his CDL, they won’t allow you to try and fix your truck as per company policy to get back on the road?
Someone mentioned to me that the company may authorize you to do that if you're a certified diesel mechanic that they've approved and authorized the repair. I would definitely check with HR and the road repair department for verification on that to be certain.
I will not understand why they would not get you a new truck. They had you recover that because they did not want to keep paying that storage fee everyday

You’ve got the patience of Job Bruh, Kudos to you.
I feel you, truck broke down in Utah last week dealership "fixed it", now in Oklahoma with the same issue 😒😒
It's a super annoying situation to find yourself in, that's for sure.🧔🏿👎🏿

That's terrible. Hopefully, things will turn around for you soon.
I spent 4 hrs at that same place waiting one day, but the gas station at the red light back at the main road has great food

@@EruditeTrucker bro that’s ridiculous. I would pitch a fit at DSM😤
It is pretty bad that the truck was even on the available list for recovery, and it wasn't road worthy.

You get paid your daily 13-week average each day if you're down for a few days.
