Sorry if this is bothering you, and you don’t have to answer, but what level of Japanese would you say you should know before hopping in a world? So sharing something nice on your profile wil help allot... But be humble and dont brag or show off to much, just be kind and loving. Thats how people did walk up to me when i was new. They did read my profile and did like what they see.

My second day experience was random guy running at me with a avatar with there D out. I did panic so hard and left. But at day and i got have a very nice group of people that did guide me and keep me safe while exploring vrChat. I think, finding the right people is very important. Day 7, i got user rank... Thats when you get. Friend requests out of nowhere. Almost every world with 20+ people you get requests. Im a mute, and random talk to me for 30 seconds, and send request :/ Making friends, is nice... But can be overwhelming when new.

I'm on the quest 2 and I have virtual desktop top and I play with steam vr now u can not run VD and pcvr u either have to close VD to run steam vr in order to play so either make a video on the quest 2 showing how I can run both or stop saying use VD when u can't run steam vr

im 6 month late but for finger tracking there's a new steamVR beta or something that you can opt in to and get the steam link beta on the quest standalone and link it. you pretty much get hand tracking. literally hand tracking they just show you HANDS on steamVR. not index controller. but HANDS. idk if you already know this but just lettin u know. edit: and you can move your character.

Personally I’d find the gun thing funny. But absurdity is or atleast was a really big part of my sense of humor. Always liked a little spice and made a lot of friends with it. If people don’t like it they usually just block you so if you’re someone who wants friends of the many things an absurd sense of humor can mean, it’s not exactly a bad thing to try. I’ve made a lot of people laugh back in the day, only reason I’m here is because I’ve learned against one of my main absurd pieces of my sense of humor because of my realization of what it ends up doing to one of my main values and so I’m trying to figure out a new way to make friends as my other parts of my sense of humor are far too underdeveloped in social ways for me to use them in its place. But don’t be too afraid to be yourself. I will also give the advice that, there will always be someone whose going to like you, if you’re like me, it may be more rare but if you keep trying and not let the failed attempts get in your way of thinking, you’ll find some friends. Not sure if that’s covered in the video, I impulsively came to comment this lmao. But things like that do work, but it may be arougher ride on your way to making friends so if you’re worried about that, keep that in mind.

I know this is a year old video, but I need help. I have an AMD MSI B550 gen4 Motherboard ​with a RYZON 7 CPU and a RADEON XFX 6700 XT GPU and 32gb of Ram. And I'm having problems when I connect my Oculus Quest 2 to my gaming PC. I mainly use it for VRChat. But when I get on VRChat with this equipment, everything's real choppy, grainy ,and laggy . I've tried updating all the drivers and all the software on the pc and the Oculus Quest 2. Everything is up to date, and nothing changes. I'm at a loss and don't know what to do now. Should I upgrade my graphics card, or should I overclock my graphics card ? Any help is useful at this point . Thank you ..

I was stupid enough to pay $350 plus tax and everything for HaritoraX wireless, jumping it to around $400, only to get them 11 months later, and by the time i got them the price was dropped to $300 lol, now i gotta find a way to sell these and get better trackers, because man these things are horrible

Just got 7900 xtx and now i can see all avatars in 80 people events, 24G VRAM is amazing, just needed to add this in steam vrchat startup to fix video players --disable-hw-video-decoding. My headset is quest3 and im using virtual desktop

3090 is perfect to use it with Quest 3 if you have only aprx. 600 USD on video card. All VR games ULTRA settings can be playied with 100 FPS minimum. Half life alyx ULTRA settings - no any problems, more than 100+ FPS all the time. In to the radius 1,2 also the same - no problem with FPS at all. I finish a lot of games in VR and i have no any game in which i can set max settings with my 3090. Use 72hz mode on Quest 3 if you play racing or flight simulators. There really important how many video memory you have. 3090 is best choice 24GB video memory for 600 usd price. Better only Nvidia RTX 4090(1500USD) or AMD 7900XTX(1000 USD), but amd have a lot of problems with VR drivers... :( all that 4080, 4080 super, 4070Ti super...-SUCKS! All of them have only 16GB videomemory. That is not enough for racing\flight simulators.

I would rate my 4070 Super A - S class. Vram worries are overblown. The problem is with developers not optimizing their games well enough before release. Gamers shouldn't pay the price when it's not our fault to begin with. So yeah, there's a tiny handful of titles that will dip because of the 12GB on the card but if I remember right, it's just a Ratchet and Clank game and some other forgettable game. When it comes to VR, devs aren't targeting the 12GB crowd. Not many people have that much vram in their rig, so that's simply not what they're aiming for. Unless we're talking about a gamer who MUST crank the resolution to the highest possible limitations of their headset, a 4070S will be fine.

There is no "turning" anyone anything. People explore what they like, and they find out what they're interested in by experimenting. Some people get lost in fantasy on VRChat, but that doesn't change their sexuality or turn them gay or trans. There are a lot of people on VRChat who fake being trans or female because it's what they think straight men want. Honestly it's why the gay community is almost non-existant, aside from femboys. It's also why me, as a gay male, doesn't play much anymore, because people are too busy trying to be a female to attract men, when there are men right in front of them who will be attracted to them being their normal gay selves.

I'm new to VR, I got it for a long distance friend and I have been lost with unity, I like a little anime with a more classic feel, I have been racking my brains watching tutorials on how to do anything...within your video I have been able to do in an hour what people have spend days trying to teach me...I can't thank you enough.
