Hi John, love the channel and I have been watching your since the first video on video of the rover 75. I have to ask you if you like my idea for the channel, I seen your video on looking on facebook marketplace for a new project. The next project should be Project 2025… A mini JCW the John Coupland Works mini series. If you can make it happen it would be massive for your channel. Great video guys! Can you add a list of all parts which you would need? As you guys mentioned f.e. some seals should be good to replace to prevent leakage etc.

It's not too often that you would get a chance to wind up one of those scam callers whilst making a video about something completely different. You both missed a trick when the phone rang. It would have been great, and probably more interesting (no offence meant), to see how entertaining your dad could really be whilst making a scammer think they were on to a winner with a potential new customer for whatever crap they were trying to sell. Moral of this story - Be prepared to wind scam callers at all times. 😬

I'm pretty jealous with uk spec proton bro, they got dual airbags and abs as standard features. Here in malaysia, the lowest spec waja (impian) really screams "you get what you paid for", mine is 1.6 manual 2005, no airbags or abs😂I heard the impian also got traction control is it?

Jon, when I've got my proton completely up to scratch I'll send you some photos it's a three speed automatic 1996 it must be one of the very few in the country with the automatic gearbox.
