Which motor/ESC did you use? I attempted to try the recommended FliteTest 1050kv (Powerpack B) - dramatically under powered. Using 5x5 prop

Love the magnetic canopy but the spring ones are the most reliable by far especially that one that's like the Wolf Gö.

I bought polymaker low pls which is preformed but active foaming would that work for this plane

Print at 121% , fits a 64mm edf. I have 5 cobras. Or try 140% , fits a 80mm.

Print it out of abs so it can be glued and vapor smoothed with acetone improving strength and aerodynamics

Only thing I dislike about this site is the download links expire. I have two I’ve purchased that never had the opportunity to download. I guess I’ve learned my lesson.

Beautiful plane mate

This is nice, but it has too many parts. One of the main reasons that I'm interested in 3D printed planes is that they could potentially require a lot less work to put together than even a foam board plane. I've built a few planes, but I haven't learned to get very good at flying them yet and always end up crashing them pretty quickly. I like the process of building them, but all the same it's still disappointing when you put a lot of time into putting one together, only to have to destroyed without getting much flight time out of it. I realize that there are more limitations with LW-PLA, but still I haven't yet seen a design for a 3D printed plane that has few parts and is quick to assemble (I mean something that you could put together really quickly.)

What material did you use or the 3d printed parts?

Did you simply drop the battery inside without velcro or straps?

This video shows in moments 0'36", 4'42", 5'10", 6'04" and 6'35" how small parts in the form of rectangular plates are used. What it is? Is there an option for part 7 (canopy) to mount an FPV camera?

printing this plane now and starting on the tail i noticed the rudder control arm is part of the rudder and printed in lw pla , yours in the video doesn't look like its light weight and the control arm has closed over but mine hasn't, this lw pla going to be enough strength on a rudder just 4 layers?
