I saw a video with Kelpie Wilson. They are starting to biochar in situ with a tepee stacking method and quenching. Idk how the inoculated (or in their case if they did bc it was a forestry application) but that might be an elegant solution, rather than making and hauling. 🤷🏻‍♀️
