@@ThePermacultureConsultant Our new home was haunted. Believe it or not, here`s what I think happened. Months before moving into our newly built home my dad and I were stranded in New Orleans during hurricane Betsy in 1965. When hurricane move through there everyone sees spirits and paranormal activity. Look into this. It`s very real.
Well, one of them came with us back to Texas then to central Louisiana to our new home. Five of us (who admitted it) including myself saw it...a glowing, floating, wicked looking red head with vicious eyes. I felt heat coming from it.
So much more happened. It was so scary man. It caused chaos in my family and to my friends. My parents gave me the home and farm but I told them to sell it and lived in my car until I found a way out of there. The family who bought it knew and laughed. They abandoned the home after a few months after all the doors flew off their hinges. It threw things too and touched people. It`s still after me I believe.
Believer for more than 30 years here. Struggled with life controlling sin for nearly 20 years until about 5 years ago. At that time, we were dealing with some wicked abuse in church and I found myself fasting and praying just to hear from God. I started a 3-day fast because I needed to hear Him. On day two, I was driving home from work and praying when all at once, God filled the cab of my truck. I couldn’t see through the tears and was truly wailing. In that encounter with God (deliverance), I felt something very dark leave me…and my truck. I am not afraid to call a spade a spade. I was set free from the control of multiple demons. Things I didn’t even know were manipulating me. They didn’t own me but they were certainly afflicting me and wrecking my family. I’m now the husband, dad, AND PASTOR God created me to be. There’s so much more but this format isn’t conducive to telling it all.
People can think what they want. I’m not afraid to say every believer should ask God to reveal everything that is hidden in the dark. And seek out others who will pray that demons be exposed and cast away.
Love hearing the testimony of brothers and sisters finding deliverance. Keep going in the strength of the Lord and the wisdom of His Spirit, my brother.

I think it’s like I said in the beginning, you get so used to dealing with certain things and managing certain pain that it doesn’t cross your mind that it might be something demonic. Thank you for your openness about these spiritual issues. We need vigilance in this area. All believers of the Bible believe that there are many, many angels but then we seem to forget that if 1/3 of the angels were cast out of heaven then there must be many demons as well. Demons are very real, and they are fully committed to defeating us in whatever manner they can. Our conflict is not just flesh and Blood but against principalities, powers and spiritual wickedness in high places.
Thank you for the kind words, Dwight! I think there may be many more demons, depending on where Demons come from. If a third of the angels fell from heaven and procreated, and the death of their offspring created the disembodied spirits called demons, then we may be dealing with a lot more than we know.

Please do not receive this as my attempt to chide you but to simply give my understanding of biblical evidence for an alternative position.
I am uncertain that demons can reproduce because I find only one possible example to demons reproducing in the Bible. First of all, the Bible indicates that demons and angles are created being without independent will as do humans. Secondly, Jesus says in Matthew 22:30 that angels do not marry just like we will in heaven. Thirdly, as fallen angels I see no biblical evidence that they received new reproductive powers which angels never possessed.
The one possible, (but debatable) example of demons having reproductive sex is in Genesis 6, which produced giants leading to the destruction of the earth in the Noahic flood. If these were indeed demons, God then "imprisoned" them indicating to me that, demons who could reproduce, (or whatever being produced giants), were forever barred from interaction with humans.
Finally, it seems to me that God has always retained the right to create souls. He made all angels who included those who became demons and according to Psalm 139 He oversees the creation of every human being.
I respect you too much to ask you to submissively accept this view. My evidence is weak as scripture says so little about this. Because God said so little about this, He is obviously did not make this a cardinal doctrine, so believers are free to disagree on this little taught doctrinal point.

Wow is all I can say. Glad you're ok! Jim has been dealing with a torn labrum and frozen shoulder that came out of nowhere last fall. Could definitely use some prayers for him. We may have to sell our homestead and move to another place that is less labor intensive as he can't finish clearing the property to put up fencing for livestock 😢 Love and prayers for you and your family 🙏

I don't normally ask for prayers, but my Mother needs prayers for finding an affordable living situation. She had a place "lined up" that ended up falling through and she now has only 3 weeks to find another place and get moved. She's in her late 70s and on an extremely fixed income without her own transporation, so we are looking near us (so I can manage some transportation for her) but nothing so far has been within her price range.

Interesting little trip to see characters walk thru stores touching every box bin holding all the candy besides who works in the factories where a lot of it is made. People collectively just really don’t have a clue what is around us and the massive raging conflict in the spirit realm around us at all times.)

@@ThePermacultureConsultant Since 2020 C-19 era they have all come out of the woodwork and closets emboldened to step into the light thinking they somehow have power with their numbers exposing themselves from where they had been lurking in the closet and shadows for so long. Anyone who speaks out confessing faith and especially mentions Christ in public will have the mob attack but there are some that start casting as well. An amazing time we are living in now.

The walmart incident was either hoodoo or voodoo. Very dark stuff. The good news is, if you're washed in the blood, you can easily defeat it. The sacrifice made for you and your soul is so powerful, it basically nerfs that influence. I will put yall on my prayer list. If you could be so kind as to pray for my family, I would greatly appreciate it. We need healing, protection and clarity quite badly. I would be very wary of "deliverance ministries". I'm guessing these strange things didn't happen to you before your meeting with your deliverance guy. Were you delivered or did you give satan access to your mind? I know some people won't like what I am saying but I hate to see anyone get deceived and ensnared.
You make a valid point and I’m aware of some of the ministries you’re referring to. I wouldn’t say we were under attack before but under oppression. Since the deliverance I feel completely different in a good way. Thank you for the cautionary statement, I completely understand.

I was going to make a similar comment. Truth be told, I myself have received deliverance, but it was a GOD fearing man the Holy Spirit led me to whom I trusted. Sadly, that man no longer does deliverance as he is concentrating on taking care of his family, understandably.

We anointed the property and all the doorways to the home. We were also instructed to anoint the windows and mirrors. We also burned an old hutch that turned out to be an heirloom from a Masonic ancestor. Most of the deliverance was spent breaking oaths that were made in our name from ancestors. Thank you so much!

Spiritual oppression often doesn't manifest until after an attempted or successful deliverance, so this makes sense. Keep your guard up. I've been through it before more than once. Hold strong, keep your emotions in check and in a few weeks you should be rid of these strange occurrences.

I praying for you and your family. I enrolled in Step Up Construction which teaches women in West Virginia for free carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. They also help with resume writing and job placement. I found out the uniform is work appropriate pants. I could wear my long skirts and dresses at my last job which ended on July 17, 2023 so I never needed pants. I'm allergic to polyester, nylon, rayon, and satin. Mom bought me two pants that are the correct length. She will buy me three more on Wednesday. The rest I tried on needed hemmed but I'll look closer to see if they come in petite lengths. I have proportionally short legs. Rehabilitation wants me to do an eye exam and a Psych evaluation. They told me there is a program that magnifies things so vision impaired people can drive during the day. It doesn't work at night. I can't pass the vision test to drive normally. If I qualify, I could drive myself to class. If not, I'll see if I can get a bike which is the second fastest way to get places. I am severely nearsighted with astigmatism in both eyes. My distance reading ability is poor even with glasses and contacts. Think the astigmatism disorts the words that are farther away. I can see objects farther than I can read them. I messaged Construction that it was okay to bump me to their Spring class to have time to get that done. The Fall class started already and I'm not ready. Updated my ID as it expires on my birthday which is September 24. Will get the physical card In the mail which should arrive on the 21st. They let me keep my old ID since it wasn't quite expired yet. Did it early as Mom is busy on the Wednesday after my birthday. My consistent wants on my birthday are sinigang (Filipino sour soup; Lee doesn't like it but our son Daniel loves it; it is a love or hate dish) and two chocolate hot dogs (donuts shaped like hot dog buns, butter cream icing is the hot dog, dusted with powdered sugar, and 3 slashes of chocolate; it is a local bakery's best selling item; they also sell a version without the chocolate; may get more because Daniel will help me eat them and he is a teenager (16) so he can eat a lot; this year the bakery is open on my birthday; they close on Sunday and Monday; if they are closed on my birthday I get cupcakes as Daniel prefers them to cake; better icing to cake ratio; with most cakes he just licks the icing off).

I always knew Jesus was Lord but there were certainly aspects I use to struggle with. Recognizing when he was speaking to me and understanding it’s not always audible was a big struggle. I’ll pray for your son right this second!

Have you been getting enough sleep or is the baby keeping you awake? Sleep deprivation weakens your defences against what you describe as spiritual attacks. There are many names for it even if you are not religious, but it's the same thing. Sleep is crucial for emotional well being.

I dunno if this helps or not, but when the unclean spirits cannot get me, those within other people take notice of me with their host unawares and mostly in bizarre isolated incidences. It is truly bizarre and they are there to test me. Our fear should rest with God, not all these unclean spirits. If I am right with God in His Will and Abiding in Yeshua, then I know they cannot harm me though they taunt.
