I have now been living in Oman for over 3 years and I agree with you 100%. It is beautiful, safe and people here are extremely polite. It is truly a gem! If you're looking for a sponsored job, you need to have a lot of experience in a specific sector that is sought after by Omanis. In the last years, the government has been pushing for 'Omanisation' - which means they are prioritising Omanis over non-nationals for jobs. If you're looking to start a business here, there are some new and interesting options. I also lived and worked for one year in Dubai and, unless you have A LOT of money, you will find it difficult to have a peaceful and fulfilling life. Most people move there to have a 'party life' and that has never been on my agenda.

I hope in the coming years I am still able to move there for life as I am too young rn 🥲

The Omani currency is not the second strongest currency in the world, but rather it is the second most expensive currency in the world, and for it to become like that is very simple. For example, instead of making ten Omani riyals equal to one dollar, you collect those ten riyals in one piece of paper and call it one riyal, thus making the riyal equal to one dollar. It is a game that any fool can do. Otherwise, what are the components of the almighty Omani economy (if so) that make its currency the second strongest currency in the world?! Nothing. The truth is that Oman lives on aid from neighbouring countries such as UAE. So, stop spreading misleading information about Oman.

Great video ! But there is so much to show in qurum side. As well on the other side like Al hail north with the souk and great new walkway along the beach ! A loot of development is happening. Everywhere new construction as well renovation of parks and beach walkways.

Let’s say I want to make Hijra is getting an Omani citizenship as impossible it is in Saudi ? Because I’m Turkish living in America I wanted to move to Turkiye but I can’t see myself raising my kids by people who praise Ataturk . But if I can’t get my citizenship in any of these countries I don’t see a benefit other then deen aspect(ofc most important) but I don’t want to be stuck paying for visas and renting .

Bro I really appreciate you showcasing my country however not so pleased to your very emphasis on how dirty is Maabella , I just want you to understand that overall Oman is considered to be one of the cleanest country in the world of which it is Alhamdulilah 🙏🏼 Also Maabella is still being expanded with new construction taking place at different areas though it shouldn’t be the excuse of having trash everywhere and I’m certain the municipality will gradually clear all that up. It is normal to find some parts of a country to be less fortunate than others same aspect as in many big cities like parts of the Uk or the US that I have witnessed to be at their worst than Maabella. I hope you nor your viewers are disappointed to invest in Oman be rest assured that all sites that are designated for expats are all magnificent.

I’ve never been there but your videos make it seem like I’ve been there already, looked at a few ‘Muslim’ countries as options so far but something is lacking. BTW coming from South Africa and those houses are kinda on the small side for us 😂.

Madinat Sultan Qaboos, Al Muna and Al Mouj can be more expensive than Qurum. If you think those houses are huge you should see the new ones in Boushar Heights which is also now a MUCH more premium location than Qurum.
