I was a resident of Oman for 20 yrs. It's most beautiful, peaceful and friendly natives. Family life is the best of the best. It's a 2nd home for most Indians.
Been brought up in dubai but use to visit holidays to oman which was lovely experience. People are humble and no attitude. Its calm and has history. It has plenty of agriculture and food is locally produced.most of all Its v. safe.
As someone who gains his money online and wants to move to Oman, It would be kind of you to make a video about LLC formation in Oman, how much it costs, best agents to choose from...
Great information provided Brother. This is what I was searching since few months. Love to live there in this peaceful and Country of lovely people. Liked and subscribed.
The caveat with buying a property to receive the lifetime visa is that properties in the ITC Zones are priced 200% to 300% higher than comparable properties outside these zones, which are only available to locals or expats through their LLCs. When it comes time to sell, be prepared for the challenge of finding a buyer, as you can primarily expect interest from other expats, and it may be difficult to achieve the same high price you paid.
Thank you for sharing. This is really great information for those that want to move there. I was in UAE for sometime and some of their visas grant you free access to neighboring GCC countries. I visited Oman twice and the place is beautiful, the people are nice and it has potential for growth. On weekends I would see Omanis driving over to UAE for shopping and sometimes at spare parts yards. UAE has a very large spare parts business. I think the Omani Investor/Lifetime visas can also grant one free access to UAE and the neighboring countries but maybe you can confirm on that. Otherwise if it is possible then you can get the Omani visa and enjoy all the other countries around Oman. Flights are cheap and one can also drive. Beautiful roads with nice scenery too.
About the point #2.. We were the owners of Sabir Super market in muscat.. The biggest super market chain of muscat during the 80s and early 90s.. The owner of the chain Sabir Abbasi (my grand father) died in 1986 and my father had to pair up with a local Arab because of Govt policy and he ate up the entire company and we had to flee muscat for good because he also got my father and uncle in jail over bogus cases. We lost the entire company. Over 600 employees. Biggest and the only super market chain of muscat.
Then don't try and cheat the system it's there for a reason to stop others coming in and stealing all the business and sending it aboard like you did. please stay in India or UK and Canada and good for you.

Assalam Alaikum Mustafa Sahib, May Allah bless you, I watched your video, I liked it very much, I am very impressed by you, InshaAllah, I will keep in touch with you and think about Oman, InshaAllah.
Oman is an amazing country, a much better place to live than much of the Middle East (maybe even the best). However, I couldn't bring myself to spend the best part of my working life in any country where it's impossible to settle in and actually immigrate to. The whole of the Middle East and others (Brunei, Malaysia, etc.) only want skilled people and their families when they are working. Once they retire (or lose their job like in Covid) the only thing you see is the door. It's impossible to naturalise as a citizen in any of these countries or to actually become more than just a temporary part of society. The west has it's problems, but the UK, Europe (with exceptions), Canada, US, Australia, NZ etc. all offer a real opportunity not just to live and work but also to actually become a local and equal to all others. In my opinion, nothing can compete with this.
Totally agree with you. Its not hijra as in the real sense of hijra as some religious brothers believe. But islamically it is better than non Muslim countries to protect ones Emaan and Islam
To obtain a lifetime visa by purchasing a property in Oman, the required minimum investment varies based on the duration of the visa. For a ten-year permit, foreign nationals aged 21 and above must invest a minimum of OMR 500,000 in an Omani-based limited liability company, closed joint-stock company, or government bonds, or establish a company in Oman employing at least 50 Omani nationals. Alternatively, for a five-year permit, the investment threshold is OMR 250,000 in government bonds or purchasing property with a minimum value of OMR 250,000. Retirees aged 60 or over can also apply for a five-year visa if they can prove they have lived or worked in Oman (1 Omani Rial equals 2.60 United States Dollar).
A quick question brother! Can I rent the property out if I have the 3rd type of visa (lifetime) ? Is the property limited to personnel use only for foreign investors (on lifetime visa)? Thanks
The Life Time visa is based on a 2 Tier property Market, if you understand that and its economic impact on yourselves as the climate of Economy changes than Alhamdulillah.

Hi Mustafa greetings from India. I saw your videos today and am really impressed with how clearly articulated all the videos I saw are. With great attention to detail. Thanks! I have some questions - how is it for digital nomads like me to move to Oman. What kind of visa do I and my family need if we do not qualify for either of the 3 visa categories you mentioned. And do you have any details for tax on crypto gains? How do banks there view crypto transactions? Thanks again and have a lovely day ahead

Great video on Oman. We all have seen Dubai videos but this is my first time coming across this type of content on Oman. So very excited to follow your channel. Just wondering if you looked at places like Ajman, Ras Al Khaima etc before making a move to Oman (not Dubai which is way expensive & unaffordable). The reason I am asking is because in places like Ajman, the real estate is cheap, you are still part of UAE and you can always work/commute to Dubai and leverage it to your advantage. Also Oman’s proximity to unstable Yemen makes things a little tricky.
Turkey is too secularised, its still a muslim country and better than any kafir country but I would not advise anyone to move there if they can choose a different muslim country
Jazakallahu khairan for another great video. Do you have to buy a property freehold to obtain the lifetime visa, or could it be through a payment plan?
Wa iyak akhi, thank you for your support on the channel! You can with payment plans also. However, if it is a payment plan on a project that has NOT yet been built.. Then you won't get residency until it is built (maybe 2-3 years later). Not really ideal. form.jotform.com/241227142647453 ^ He can help guide you on payment plans for properties based on your preferences inshallah!
Thank you very much! Me and my wife are also researching for Hijra and went to Oman in January. Also what app and credit card do you use to transfer your money from the UK bank to the Oman bank account? Generally if you have a online business that's a bonus these days rather than a 'job' as it's probably tax free is well over their!

Nice Sir, You video is very informative. In Oman, is there life time visa or 10 year visa like golden visa of uae for Engineers, Managers or professional. Please make video for your viewers.
I like the country, but as a European used to it with four seasons, Oman is more hotter even UAE I was in Dubai 2022 on October and once the sunset hit, it was very muggy and steamy I couldn't breathe and my heart had palpitation If the weather was dry and not muggy and evil, like 110°, I will not mind it but wonder the weather there is like 95% humidity and muggy humidity can look the best city in the world, but I will not live there

Thanks for uploading another "moving to Oman" video! I am interested in the simple investment visa you mentioned at 03:00, but I couldn't find any details about it on the official website. Could you please explain it further? It just seems like a great scheme for businesses and startups hoping to find footing in the GCC market.
Brother I’m waiting on that video for u to tell us the price in shaa Allah, you mentioned even buying an apartment can get u a visa how expensive does the property have to be are their apartments or homes still for around $30,000 us $40,000 us $50,000
Assalamoalaikum Mustafa, what do you do for a living in Oman? I am a doctor in the US and originally from pakistan. I want to work in Oman over the winter months.
As brother thank for the info, I'd like to know with the house purchase as an individual how many of your family can you sponsor/ live with you . Thanks
Yeah, open a company and get trapped in increasing compliances of Tax and other . Also they have VAT and in pipeline to introduce income tax very soon.
Do you know if you can co-own a property in Oman, giving both co-owners a right to residency? So, for example, a co-ownership between British father and daughter on a property. Would that qualify them both for residency visas?
Asalamualaikum Brother Please can you give links or details of organisation who will take care of opening an LLC and how much is this LLC going to cost? Secondly, please provide details of affordable new properties being build near the capital for overseas investors and what are there ROIs from rental income. Can I open an LLC while I’m in Uk today?

Thanks for uploading another "moving to Oman" video! I am interested in the simple investment visa you mentioned at 03:00, but I couldn't find any details about it on the official website. Could you please explain it further?
It just seems like a great scheme for businesses and startups hoping to find footing in the GCC market.
No much details online. Come on a tourist visa, it's easily converted to investor's visa by visiting any Sanad office in Oman.
Great video. Would be great if you could also help with details on the property prices.
Thank you brother! All your questions will be answered in the link below inshallah.

As brother thank for the info, I'd like to know with the house purchase as an individual how many of your family can you sponsor/ live with you .
Thanks
Walykum Salam brother. Parents, spouse and children. Siblings not included.
Asalamualaikum Brother
