I was like, "Who can possibly hate Bean?" Oh, they hate playing as him. I don't think the audience hates him. I loved him in Muppet 4-D at Disney MGM/Hollywood Studios, he was like a major characters there.

Disney fumbled the bag on Gravity falls and Owl house

There is some companies that made dumb decisions that I can't forgive, like BBC cancelling Dirk Gently even with a good audience. But the one mistake that I hate the most is Disney cancelling Owl House. Owl House is by far the best show I ever watched, it is beautiful and I love it. And I know I am not alone, other people feel it too. But it got cancelled... Edit: I know that everything must come to a end, specially the good things. But Owl House got cancelled in the middle of the second season production, this forced the creators to rush the story to end it. And because of it a lot of plans weren't made, like the episode of Hoots origin and other many things.

I luv the owl house. It is the best.

I'm sick of cock jokes. At a certain point, it feels like they are forced to do them at gun point for how many there are in a single episode. Is it that difficult to find something else to joke about ? Also, I hate what they're doing with Stella's character. It feels like they themselves don't know what to do with her ! Sometimes she's plain evil mastermind making threats, sometimes she's just a bitch, sometimes she's just stupid, sometimes she's ashamed of people finding out Stolas is cheating, sometimes she isn't. She isn't a character, she's a narrative tool that change accordingly to fit the narrative. I would have loved for her to be an evil Disney-like villain, and I was waiting for that after the revelation in "The Circus" but now she just sucks, and it seems like she's a no brainer being coerced by her brother. They wanted the audience to hate her so much that they transformed what could have been a cool character in a cardboard cutout. What a waste 🤦🏻‍♀️

Another channel that might've worked better Is Adult Swim, I mean Samurai Jack got it's final season there Including the previous ones. I don't see any harm In doing it, plus Dana did enjoy the more darker elements of The Owl House.

You mentioned development with moxxie and meeting a quota and I think it doesn’t get talked about as often because the other characters are so lacking BUT I feel like the creators don’t respect him? Mainly cause I had the same problem with my writing and that thing suffered (she was also ugly) Like anytime he gets a chance to prove himself he’s shoved aside for a silly joke. He is the punchline. Like very literally in some situations. It never gives him a chance to show what he learned because he gets shoved around anyway. Just so he could look like a loser male wife and have his wife come and save him instead. Like they just say stuff they say he’s improved and it’s all fine but they never give a chance to show it because they like making fun of him too much. He’s shown to be capable but that never means anything when he flip flops between being cool and incompetent. His character actively suffers because he’s shown to be incompetent. It may be hard for the writers to have him change because they don’t respect him enough as a character. They like a joke and if the punchline changes then it wouldn’t be funny anymore. They want him to be capable but they don’t respect him enough to have him stay capable. The time this happened with my character I deleted her so I could see if I could make a sheep (it was gacha life I was 9 lets leave it at that)

Pretty simple answer,networks cancelling shows before they can properly end so people just honestly forget about the rushed ending
