    make sure Linear elements are specified (ansys program control can change that and give VCCT errors). Quad meshes are better than Tetrahedrons/triangular.

I just have one query - I am receiving this warning message when I am trying to replicate your model at first instance - One of the crack's mesh encompasses multiple bodies which have different material models. Ensure one material model by scoping these bodies to one material assignment object. Could you help to mitigate this waring so that error later could be avoided. In your video, no warning message flashes when you allocate nodal crack tip to pre meshed crack under Fracture in model tree. Thanks

    You should understand that if someone watches your video it is because they do not know how to use Ansys well. Your video is interesting and complete, but it is not educational at all. To follow what you say, you need to stop the video every 5 seconds and go back very often. I think you need to make the videos like this but they need to be explained very slowly, also using English that is understandable to everyone and not just native speakers. A video like this is of practically no use as it teaches nothing to the less experienced and the more experienced are not needed.

    For others receiving errors when running the programm, try to turn off the large deflection setting in the Analysis Settings menu. It worked for me :)

But after exporting the passive component (capacitor, inductor and resistor) is not visible in hfss . If passive component is not exported my board may be become open circuit.     When PCB trace is imported as 2D shell and modal analysis is performed for 4 holes edges as fixed boundary conditions and again same pcb is modelled as 3D with all layers and same boundary conditions is assigned why 2d shell results show higher frequency values??
