There are many different levels of approaches to modeling a photocatalytic reactor. You can model the flow, the radiation and chemical reactions in various levels of detail depending on what you hope to get out of the simulation. For example you can write an expression for the chemical reaction in the catalyst region as a function of the radiation intensity. You can make this more complex by including additional physics as needed.
Based upon the scale bar at 10:27 I got these values for the CAD: Inlet Diameter: 10 mm Bioreactor Chamber Diameter: 20 mm Outlet Diameter: 10 mm Porous Cell Zone Diameter: 20 mm Porous Cell Zone Length: 10 mm Inlet Length: 60 mm BIoreactor Chamber Length: 130 mm Outlet Length: 10 mm That should be enough to remake the CAD using any available software. And the settings for the simulation are easily shown in the video.
Sir how can I do the simulation for a photocatalytic batch reactor here? It would be great if you could help me Thanks

Can you share your supplementary material like geometry or any documentation or if you are comfortable in sharing simulation files
