when you talk about about ever thing in the cot pit no one talks about the stick and the buttons on it.

a gyroplane reminds me flying a heavy twin... you pretty much dont bring power back until the wheels are almost on the ground.

It would be nice if the manufacturer could install a rudder assist linked to power.

I like gliders because that engine sound so intrusively spoils the peace and calm of something lovely. If only they could do away with that NOISE it would be the PERFECT way to enjoy the day. So please hurry up and develop the electric autogyros!. Oh, and can you lend me the stacks of money needed, please.

Enjoyed the video. The only thing I question is why don’t you wind up your rotors in the run up bay. Instead of taxing out onto the runway, stopping and then winding them up. In the meantime no one can use the runway because you have blocked it. At our airport you would be told not to do that.

Great video, but would rather hear the air noise or conversation then the music. Just my opinion.

I didn't know these aircraft had a way to spin up the rotors. I thought you had to rely on ground speed for the relative airflow to speed them up, or a manual spin. I guess I just never really looked into these before. Very nice video. 👍

I would not have any of those models the tail does not look secure i would prefer with the two poles coming back from the main body to support the tail. it looks a lot more safe.

Shawn Rhymes here, and I'm enjoying this video. Way back in the day I got a ride home in a little 2 seater, front and back, and I loved it. 10 years after that I worked with an old man who had his pilots license. He told me a story about trying to fly over the Blue Mountains in Washington going to Boise in a Piper Cub. That didn't work well in a strong head wind. He turned it around and went back to Walla Walla. That was decades ago. Now I have a nephew that teaches flying in that part of the country. Thanks for posting this video.

Please explain the "trim" function on a gyrocopter. I am only familiar with trimming sails on a sailboat to make the sails taut when they are luffing.
