  • Unknown to Jeremy, Henry pulls the throttle back as Jeremy was flying downwind to 26L. He had to make a decision on what to do.. Was he successful? Watch to find out. Make sure to stay along to the end where Jeremy and Henry talk about what happened during their flight. Is Jeremy ready for solo?

    Jeremy commanded his aircraft to-day. He has good reason to smile. He knows full well he can do this.

    Much better Jeremy! Great job! You are getting there. Be confident…remember your training! Don’t get wiggly on the stick (that will get you in trouble)
    Henry take him out to PradonDam and do simulated engine out several times …let him experience off field simulated landing bring him right down near the ground…I remember that with you and it’s a great way to gauge if you make the landing…so get there and show him vertical descent with little airspeed so he knows how to get there first and then manage his descent to time it property…great exercise I remember with you and still practice today!

    Mr Jeremy I think your progress is on point.. I hope I am going to to as well as you have been doing. Flying home been my childhood dream which I am retired now and plan on coming to adventure air for gyrocopter training from your organization. Following your progress has inspired me thank you guys, future student. Robert

    Looking much better Jeremy! I would continue to practice emergency procedures until you "don't think, just do" :)
    You've come a long way sir; keep up the good work.

    Huge improvement and great progress Jeremy! Great to see you really enjoying it and being so relaxed (mellow as Henry says!). Much better having lessons close together for muscle memory to develop.

      @AdventureAir bts = behind the scenes! The guy in the tower sounds like a great dude, it would be cool to get his perspective on Jeremy's progress as it seems he has been his air traffic controller on a lot of his flights!

    Poor old Jeremy. You make him land next to the only refrigerator with no beer. Looking smooth.

    I like what I see here Henry - bringing "AQP" for GA to gyros ...working through those emergency scenarios that kill gyro pilots & gyros! teaching a conditioned response to the "startle-factor" so emergencies are expected & the response is calm and automatic! Keep it up! My research showed WAY too many needless gyro pilot deaths in last 5 years due to stuffed-up emergency landings & other landings gone bad!

    Great job guys. I wish I didn’t live on the other side of the country because I would love to have this gentleman as my instructor! Is there a 4 seat model with all the bells and whistles?

    • @AdventureAir
      @AdventureAir  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Well, if you ever find yourself on the west coast, come by for a discovery flight! Unfortunately, there are no companies that are making 4 seat gyroplanes. That would take them out of the LSA category.

    Yes, definitely doing well. Great lesson! Was that the low voltage light on during taxi out?

    • @AdventureAir
      @AdventureAir  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes. Near idle, voltage likes to go below 12 v. We're working that out. Plenty of voltage during flight 👍

      I'd like to hear what you find on that. Mine stayed on longer than normal two days ago, but the numbers were fine. I have heard about some isolated generator issues. Thx!

    Do you people know of any instructors on the East coast that train in a open Parsons or stretched Benson style
    style ? DONT recommend the guy in Georgia.
