That's a pretty neat roomy looking gyro, and I sure hope you can work to lower the vibration. I chose the certified Cavalon 915iS which is mega-smooth. Thanks for the video!
You can't beat the Cavalon for smoothness!
Have never seen an Air Gyro shake like that. Alvaro always gets them dialed in.
That vibration looks like it would be fatiguing on the pilot and the airframe.
I know Alvaro from his own videos and he's very passionate about the Xenon derivatives but I think Jeremy's face says it all!
what do you mean?
I though he looked scared
Great video guys!
It's not a gyroplane, it's a shaker ! 😂
Thanks. I did not see a full outside view of the aircraft. It looks like a balancing of the prop is in order.
Would love to learn to fly an autogyro to add them to aircraft i can fly
If you find yourself in southern California, come by and take a discovery flight!
The floor windows and wider wheel base might make this a better choice for off-pavement landings. Hope you show the exterior in a future video.
Alvaro, are you back in States?
Good to see you sir.
A "new" build kit from Poland. That would make it an Argon 915iS, correct?
No. It's older than that.
@AdventureAir this seems to be a new video. I only see the Cavallon on your website. What other side-by-side do you have with this cockpit configuration?
@@Therapy1044 We currently only offer the Cavalon in side by side configuration as factory certified new. We do have an Argon GTL 915 in the hangar for sale. It recently flew from France to Oshkosh across the Atlantic. It is registered in France and registration would need to be completed for US sale and then it would only be registered for Experimental Exhibition status. Call us at 310-570-9390 if you have more questions.
I can have scrambled eggs with the shake of this gyro. I doubt this particular gyro will last with so much shake. Next flight you will see bolts shoot out from the sides.
How did you like it, Jeremy? How does it compare to the Cavalon?
It has more space but I prefer the Cavalon.
Quanto vale um alto giro desse ki no brasil.
*ratchet strap sold separately. 😂 Heck yeah Alvaro, I’d fly it!!
The Argon looks a lot more refined than this mucked about with Xenon. The Polish factory have their own channel for the Argon.
I cant say Iwas too impressed with the vibration, that would make me uncomfortable as well.
Looks like the rotors are out of balance
Talk about vibration. 😅
Rotor Needs to Be Balanced
And it needed new engine mounts and other work.
So.... when do we start seeing gyrocopters with jump rotorheads on them? The price point on these machines is way too much for them not to be able to do a vertical takeoff.
We also rep ELA. They will have jump model this year at Bensen Days and Sun and Fun. It is called the ELA Revo.
Best,
Henry
@henryboger615
That's cool. If someone who could start building a jump rotorhead kits, I'd definitely buy one, put it on my Benson.
I'd build them, but I don't have a machine shop.
Si ma chiedono 240k $
