Nice video, and to answer your question, yes I am happy seeing the line being driven with nothing new, it's very interesting and you always manage to add something with new knowledge being shared. Also, I don't know how you keep your patience with people blockign the doors, I'd be hammering the close button till they got the point....

Can you upload a driving video where we can see the power lever? I want to see how you keep moving the lever back and forth when stopping at stations to ensure a good stop without hampering the braking too much. This must be a bit tricky to master!

love your videos and ive got some qoestions what is the track rail voltage also where do you get your supply from ? the mains grid or do you have your own power supply

south kensington has the natural history musuem, the sciene musuem and the london planetarium. I've been there a few times but only via the district line.

I have all Dale's Piccadilly Line videos in my collection which give me great pleasure to watch. His personality and style shines throughout and his knowledge is outstanding. It makes me understand how skilled a train operator's job is. I find looking for the next signal entertaining as I can't tell where they are positioned. I wanted to be a train driver when I was young but it never happened. The level of concentration required is immense. His explanation of SPAD really surprised me as it is not always the drivers fault. My thanks and appreciation to you, Dale. Regards, David

i remember my first time on the tube when i visited london as a child. in the tunnels after stopping at a station it felt like hundreds of mph

It's been 17 years since I've been through Heathrow Airport and I was surprised to see how many "original" British Rail font signs were around still. I also recognised parts from visiting the airport thirty years before because it looked like they hadn't decorated since! 🙂

Heathrow is the one of the few sections that doenst have a round tunnel.
