Yeah, overall like you, Dale, impressed with flight, food, hotel room. Coped well with the long flight, I'm a bad sleeper, so impressed how awake you were when arrived in HK. Hope see a bit of HK, & thanks for sharing. 😊 👍
Great video Dale. It was nice to travel with you. Never knew that on a airport you can take a shower and a lounge area with food. The hotel looks fine to me. See you at a another video
Hi. Dale, well done on the seat selection, being 6ft 5in your seat would have suited me well😊 I do struggle when t comes to seats! Food looked good and for the hotel not bad for the price for 1 night, you pay more here in some hotels😂 looking forward to seein* your return flight for comparison ❤
It wasn’t the leg room that made me book that seat. I am for ever needing the toilet so I knew I could still film out of the window and leave my seat with out disturbing any one
I just got home from a 28 day ramble in the UK. The first thing I noted in that hotel room is a real bathtub. I do not really take a lot of tub baths, but when you are missing home, they are so comfortable
@@dalecharmantravels8057 The food they make to order is lovely - not a lot of variety but well nice. The showers also make BA's look pathetic - even those in the Concorde Room look like NHS facilities.

It looked like you had a good time overall, albeit just a whistle-stop visit to HK... Everything looked great onboard, and I was a touch envious of your lounge perks, though I'm glad you got to enjoy the additional hospitality pre-flight. Your seat choice on the A350 seemed to have been a good bet, too - is it one that you'd suggest to anyone looking for additional legroom? Anyway, many thanks for sharing your experience!

I did enjoy Cathay Pacific. I had heard mixed reviews. They was slightly better than average in my opinion. How ever it was not a full flight so that always helps

You are going to have to be careful Dale. Short stay trips abroad... No apparent reason... HM Customs will start taking an interest in you (and your bags!) if you are not careful. 😀 Don't want to see a video where you are invited into the interview room to have to explain just what you have been up to do we?... although you could give their 'accommodation' a rating🤣🤣
If you MUST fly steerage, that is a good seat selection. I can't fathom sitting in a center seat, even for a 5 minute flight. And never any seat in an Airbus.
Hi dale im a big fan and i have a question. When im older i want to be a London Underground driver and im going into year 9 next year so i was wondering if you could tell me what i should study in year 9 to be an underground driver.
You don’t need to study any thing. Some train companies will ask for English but that about it. There are tests you would need to pass to become a driver. So generally formal qualifications are not needed
Hi Dale i must admit from what you showed us i would say I'm very impressed and it has inspired me to give hong Kong with cathay a go thanks loads yet again a great video all the best Mark D. 😊
Hey Mark glad you liked it. Although no one should be able to see this video yet 🤣🤣🤣. Never mind. I was impressed with both Cathay and Hong Kong well the airport at least
Sorry Dale, but I draw the line at showering with you. 😂😮 Quick skip at that point in the video. I wish I’d overnighted in HK when I was flying to the UK. Two long flights in 24 hours really knocks the stuffing out you, particularly in cattle class.
