    What if top management itself tolerates the client? I know a client in my company that is like that. I see a lot of turn over in my company because of this client.

      Sometimes top management is not aware of how a troublesome client is affecting staff and to what extent. Documenting and socializing the examples can be very helpful to show repeated patterns and their effects on the business. If management is aware, then perhaps lead with inquiry -- e.g., why are we tolerating this client? This has to be done in a tactful way, of course, without putting blame on anyone. It may be the case that they are so profitable that the business cannot do without them, but hopefully that is a short-term problem, and as more business comes in, either the client can be coached to be more agreeable to work with, or the client can be let go/referred out elsewhere to a business that may be more suitable to handle them.

      ..I dont think this is possible in the UK...if you have a PAy as you go sim card or if you are on monthly sim contract, its impossible to put the new caller on hold. At least my phone (Xiaomi MI MAX 2..6.44" screen) dont. for that you have to have a 12 months contract sim card. so i was told when i spoke to my service provider a month ago. but maybe things have changed now. coz with monthly contract, there is no bill, no invoice, no call details, nothing etc. which on other hand is available on the 12 months contract.

    Hi Kara: Happy Thanksgiving. Are there any plans for James Amplifier to either develop sales funnels for other areas of legal practice or perhaps "certified" copywriters who can custom write sales funnels for your clients? In addition, there is a new concept, which I really know nothing about, but it is called a Sales Fly Wheel, which I believe Hubspot came up with.     Excellent information. It might pay for your companies to integrate a done for you service, putting all of these products together as one service. Although it could be costly, instead of an e-mail sales funnel, a video follow up.

    Great video with excellent recommendations. We are a specialty consulting engineering firm and find Smith.ai works very well for us.
