A great singer indeed who did not get her due in public recognition . We invited her to perform in Lucknow for her maiden concert here . Her sapaat taans were unparalleled , I haven’t heard any other artiste sing with such ease except great Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan saheb . So many great Marathi singers did not get national acclaim just because of their devoted commitment to Natya Sangeet . This limited their reach and restricted universal appeal . ❤

Malini Rajurkar - When I started listening to classical music - fortunately, in the beginning, I heard Malinitai ji. And then I collected her all cassettes [those days & then CDs] and I was feeling that I am the proud possessor of her all renditions - But RutuRaj ji has broken my record [record in my mind] by posting this - Great Recording - the lovely raga and of course MaliniTai ji - Namaskar.
