Like the kitchen! Like that is has dining area.Very nice bedrooms. Primary bedroom is very nice. You would never know its a single wide. Thank you for the tour ! Love the price!!
I would turn that island to the other side and make it a little longer. Other than that just colors, cabinets that I assume you can pick when ordered. With all mobile homes with floor vents, I would block off those vents and install mini splits.

My guess would say thin insulation,walls etc= high power/gas bill😊
