Beautiful, but if they put the kitchen at the rear & dining room in the middle, the home would feel bigger AND the kitchen could have 3 walls making it more open. Also, being at the rear, you can see the whole kitchen instead of seeing it from the side
I really like this home. I would do away with the double sink in the master bath and add more storage options though. The only thing I really didn't like was the placement of the water heater in the master closet. I've had the water heater go out and have to be replaced and it's in the closet now and it was a big big hassle of a mess! Thanks for the tour!
I really hope this will eventually be available in Florida. Love the layout and looks of this house.
