I do like this home allot! I'm not such a fan of the wallboard but the home is super nice! The only thing I would have liked better to see is bigger closet in the other two rooms but as it is I really like this home. Super cozy feeling when you did the tour! That's how a home should feel :)
I moved into a manufactured home in 2021 on top of a foundation. Roughly 20 years old at the time and still in great shape. The only thing I do not like about these homes is the wall strips they use between the drywall or VOG boards. But I've been taking the wall strips out and covering up with mud to look more like a stick build home. I would do the same with this home. Looks nice though!
Very appealing home! I'd just prefer they leave off that "bonus room" for table space. Even a small eating space is better than none. Btw, THANK YOU for always including a link to the homes so we can follow you on your tour while referencing a floor plan. I often need that "map" so that I know how the homes are structured.

I'm curious as to if a twin day bed can fit into that bonus room and if doors can be added to closet???
