Hello, Will!! You wouldn't Think That This House Is This Big, But It Is!! Very Roomy And Completely Spacious!! From Room To Room Is Just Beautiful!! Look At The Depth And The Artistry, Really Impressive!! Colorful And Full Of Versatility!! Will?? You Really Showed A Fantastic Home!! Loved Your Presentation, As Always!! Thank You!!😊❤!!
Nice nice place. Price point is pretty good if it's $250,000. With the added cost of property and utilities it's closely in line with where I'm at. The master bed and closet very nice. Master bath......"WOW"!!!! I'll be moving in where it sits. Never seen a master bath like this in any stick built home let alone a modular.
Nice home, but I would prefer the laundry room at the end of the house ,so it could be used as a mud room as well. The doors on this home would not allow me to place it on my mountain property facing the lake . The Gloria is more suitable for the placement I would need .
That would work in that house on the outside of it looks like crap it looks like they were too cheap to paint it it's ugly it sticks out like a sore thumb come on
Yikes! And I thought the homes that Chance toured were bad. This home has so many issues it would take an hour to list them all, so I'll just hit the worse ones I see. First, that exterior is hideous. Just a mishmash of different textures and colors. Looks like they pulled leftover bits from other builds. Too much glass in the entryway. Do you really need double glass doors? Is this a home or a business? I would not want people seeing inside my house before I open the door. That fake fireplace is waaaay too big as is the industrial looking ceiling fan. Too many windows. And the first thing people will see when they walk in is the kitchen, clean or dirty. And that kitchen layout is horrible! Who wants to hike around an island to get to the refrigerator while they are cooking on the other side? And those little dead spaces at the end of the cabinets are ridiculous. At least the cabinets go all the way up to the ceiling so there is not that area on top that collects grease and dust. But no adjustable shelves? In this day and age? Please. The wood molding around the windows is ugly and just plain tacky. The wash room has parts that are mostly useless; like that hanging bar over the counter top. You either are going to hang things, or you are going to use a counter. You can't do both. Same for the bar over the washer and dryer. I mean, you might hang empty hangers there, but then where are you going to hang the clothes after you put them on the hangers? Across the room on the other bar that is over the counter? Half this space could have been converted to a pantry. Bump out closets in the bedroom reduces the actual usable square footage. That hall bathroom is too big. Those wall hooks are silly. More shelves that can't be adjusted. Oversized tubs are just a pain to keep clean. Just swap those things out with showers. A window in the half bath that takes up one whole wall?!? Seriously?!? And at the front of the house? Who thought that was a good idea? Dark colors should never be used in a small space. Just feels claustrophobic. Why is there a washer and dryer in the closet in the master bedroom?!!? And not just in the closet, in the CENTER of the closet! Like, right in the way of walking in. But without a doubt, the absolute worse thing about this house is the mater bathroom. OMG! Wasted space wasted space wasted space. A fake fire?!?! A television? Really? The toilet stuck in a closet with not one but TWO skinny cabinets? SMH. The shower was actually OK. Glad to see the seat can fold up out of the way and that the tiling went all the way to the ceiling.

You don't have to buy it.
