This home is perfect, love the inside and outside, beautiful colors and floorplan! I would want carpeted bedrooms, an opening transom in the main bath and thats it! Love the versitile island, and the window in the master bath! This one is a keeper, thanks Wil !

Love the kitchen cabinets. I would want a pocket door for utility room. Nice guest bath. Closet in small room too small. Big primary room. Very nice home. Just wish had a dining area. Maybe take out island. Thanks for the tour!
Does the island have storage? If no storage replace with a table and 4 chairs. Can windows be changed out for smaller dimensions? There has to be a way to reroute the water to somewhere not in a closet or some way to hide it. Can laundry be connected to a washer-dryer combo?
I would need space for a microwave and air fryer, and there isn’t much counter top for that. If the living room and the kitchen were both one foot shorter, the bedrooms on each end would be a bit larger. And I have cats, so I would have to have a closet door for the primary bedroom. 😊
Nice home. Don’t care for the "nook" in the hall. Don't like wire racks in closets. Don’t like closets in bathroom due to humidity. $113k is pretty steep for this home. Like the kitchen very much.
Beautiful single wide, the only problem is....the closet is in the master bathroom. What a deal breaker for me. But other than that it's a very nice home.
Do the people who design these WONDER where you can put blankets, sheets, toilet paper, toothbrushes, groceries and so on & on. WE NEED STORAGE folks. they charge so much for such cheap quality.

Oh, they did a very nice job on that second home. 860 square feet and they made excellent use of it. The layout is really nice.

Black setting it off the dutch i would change the island tomake like a half circle instead of table
