The final movement is the Hundred. But I start with a series of preparatory movements that lead into the Hundred. Thanks for checking it out!

Great. I have a question here about the planks… When we do the side planks resting on the hand instead of the elbow, is that even better because the bicep is involved?
Thanks for the question Chris. I think that the hand is more difficult because it’s a smaller base than resting on the forearm, and therefore requires greater activation of the stabilizing muscles in the arm and shoulder.

Its hard to say what my favorite part is because I like a lot about your videos in general. I did really enjoy the scapular retractions because they warmed me up for the band work afterwards. Your references to breathing and anatomy are great assets to my form and execution in the exercises. Thanks 💪😎
