Level 4 is pointless. You may get protection from a large caliber sniper shot but thats it. Most level 4 isnt good for repeat hits. Youre far more likely in any scenario to experience hits from 556, 762, 300bo than a 30-06 or bigger. And the plates can take far more samage and be reused unlike ceramic
