I've owned a queen size Sleep Number for 10 years. I've had a great experience. After four years, we had to replace one of the air chambers for the bed. We had a great experience with their customer service. It was still under warranty, but we had to pay like $60 to get it replaced. We want another Sleep Number. I see other people have had a bad experience and that's unfortunate. I just wanted to share my experience.
I purchased a Sleep Number bed for $4,000 and it was defective on the very first day. They wanted to repair a brand new $4,000 bed. I felt it should be replaced that I shouldn't be paying that much money for a bed that had to be repaired I had to wait 30 days to request a return of the bed. I do not want to deal with Sleep Number as I do not trust the company. I have been lied to by members of the store, I still have a bed in my room for the last 38 days that doesn't work at all. The warranty requires that you keep a bed that does not work at all for 30 days before they do anything. That doesn't make any sense when the bed was defective . It's too bad because I really wanted this bed. I had to go through a patient advocate to get a date in April for them to pick up the bed that I bought the end of February
worst bed and customer support! P6 is super uncomfortable, have had terrible back pain since i’ve had it. Called customer service, it was a 5 hour wait (no exaggeration). Customer service agent told me they would have a chamber lift delivered THAT I WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR. Then tried telling me to put a pillow under my back to relieve the back pain. In the end, they said they couldn’t help me. Best advice is avoid sleep number and give your business to one of their competitors!
So I’m just out of the year warranty. They replaced my control system once and my foot warmer when it was still in warranty. Now it’s just out of warranty and have to pay 160 + to see why it quit working again. If I have to have a new one they will pay half. I’m so disappointed with the system. I thought it being able to raise up making it easier to change the sheets, and the night light for when I get up at night and monitoring my sleep was a great thing. Just so disappointed have to reset the light often. Have had them out, I think three times now. Been one thing after another. So sad
Bought a C4 sleep number in OCT... Had the middle sag so I had to get a replacement.... It is Jan 4th and I have to return it AGAIN!!!! this cost $250 just for delivery piece of shit company.
We owned a Sleep Number bed for over 20years and in 2022 purchased a new upgraded bed with all of the beds and whistles. 14 months later the foot warmer on one side stopped working and they want to charge $300-400 to replace it. Customer service was not helpful or understanding. I will never buy another overpriced air mattress from them again.🤬
I had a TERRIBLE customer experience after ordering my bed. They missed their delivery window without any notice and just rescheduled me 12 days out. After going through several customer service reps I am at my wits end. Going to take a day and debate with my spouse if I need to cancel this deal entirely. Reading the other reviews here I am starting to lean in that direction.
Speaking from experience, cancel now. I bought my bed the end of february, the remote didn't work, the bed doesn't work and they won't pick it up until April 4th. And any type of resolution is nearly impossible period you need to ask for the patient advocate number to get resolution.
See, this makes no sense to me. - as i've thought you got ALL your comfort from the Air Alone. I did not know they, like every other mattress, adds "cooling" memory foam layer on top!
My parents have one at their vacation home. When I go I always want to rip it off the bed frame and throw it in the dumpster. Worst bedding ever created
@@finsterthecat The featuers work good at the store, but not at my home. There's better and cheapet beds in the market. 4 thousand $ should buy u a better bed than what I got.
