Hey Guys been wanting to Swirl a Bike Helmet for some time so here it is.This is a Shark Helmet original colours were blue and white. I took out all the padding from the inside of the helmet then sanded the helmet with 320 grit paper. Once i was satisfied with the sanding i completely primed the outside of the helmet with a white primer
Swirled in Black & White i think it looks really Cool. I will be clear coating the helmet with a high gloss,this will make the colours pop even more. See next video where i will apply the clear coat and put all the padding back inside the helmet & put visor back on.SUBSCRIBE LOTS MORE TO COME!!!!

I love this work (y), its amazing can u tell me which paint you have used in this? i have tried this to on some sculpture form but it cant be done, if you will suggest which paint you used, it would help me.

I've watched several vids on how to do this and I've seen a few where they add soap to the water to help float the paint. What, if any, treatments of the water do you do? Also do you shoot for a certain water temp or just straight from the tap? What brand paint do you prefer? Thanks!

I have tried this and was pleased with my out come on forks and part of a bike i did,or how fast i added paint. BUT my only problem i in-cord was the fact that no mater what i did more or less Borax ,water hotter or at 76% i could not manipulate the paint , work with it as this fella dose ,it would skim over and just drag as a slimy mass ,so the only way i could get any design was to first swirl the water with my hand in a fortex, then add the drops pf paint .otherwise i couldnt get a descent design.
That's amazing, how smooth does the finish come up?
for me by the time id get to the stage he drags the stick through it would be skimmed over and instead of flow it would drag like film um

It starts looking wack when you do too many layers, 3 to 4 and mix them. The thicker lines show better than all those thin swirls.

Another stupid question Dean that would save me flubbing a guitar! Does the guitar have to be specifically PRIMED, or would it take well if it was simply ENAMELED and wet sanded nicely with a flat black or white?
