all these asanas basically aim at massaging and improving blood supply to pancreas. unfortunately it does not work,as the metabolic disorder involves only the very tiny endocrine pancreas. actually those on oral tablets run the risk of precipitating pancreatitis with these exercises don't forget that many of the yogis themselves are pre or managed diabetics
A very nice flow, but as someone who is pre-diabetic and I suspect typical for your target audience (60 and overweight) forward folds and inverted asanas are not available for me. What modifications would you recommend?
