I know the feeling. The whole reason I got into screen printing was to print my own line. Now all I do is print other peoples lines, but I'm happy doing what I love. Taking a concept from idea to an actually tangible item, and seeing how it affects the community. Filming definitely slows things down. I had to put it on hold because we're at the point where it's 2 full time people, and a couple part-timers, but what we really need is 4 full-timers so we're not working 14-18 hours a day and working weekends. Keep up the good work!
Love your content. I have been screenprinting for a little over 2.5 years now. A small tip I would recommend always starting printing the most “difficult” task first. ie: the sleeve prints. That way you won’t print everything and then get to the last part and ruin three or four as well as waste so much time. Hope this helps. Keep up the great content!
I'm just mad it took me a whole 10 minutes into this video before i subscribed. I was in awe just by the ambiance of your workshop. The black color scheme is beautiful. Your work is immaculate. I'm inspired!
Bro it is you and your confidence that has made me not give up on my home DIY t.shirt printing my own band T.shirts after getting ripped off by my t.shirt guy. A couple of grand spent with him 75% unhappy but you have given me the staying power to master this. You have stepped my game up big time, I’m concentrating on branding with neck prints etc. Bro mad respect from East London.
Another amazing video! I have binge watched all of your screen printing videos in the past 3 days, and mannn, I love every bit of it! One request though, I would love to see a video that covers the business side of things. Such as, how much you invested, how is the business from screen printing and from your your clothing line (unless u wanna keep that a secret) etc. overall, love your vids bro! Keep em coming!
Thanks a lot dude! It would be cool to cover a bit more of the business end of things, I definitely do things my own way there as well. I just have to figure out how to make that not boring haha

Great vid as always Lee. I wish all the success in the world because you make me tired just watching you, LOL. Now that you are full DIY, can't wait to see where you take your brand!
Ok 9 minutes 17 seconds into this video I subscribed. You got me with " This doesn't shut off ". I think was what you said, as you pointed to your head. I'm venturing into purchasing equipment to do this myself for the very first time. Printing t-shirts with my own designs. I hope I can learn from your experiences.
So cool that you’ve got everything in house now buddy. Those little design details make all the difference as well man. Premium gear. Good job dude. The orange Thirty Eight Ride Company looks awesome on a T as well!
Your channel is an inspiration brother! I also make shirts and will soon be getting into screen printing and watching your videos pumps me up!!! Keep up the AMAZING WORK!
Lee, you can get a foot thing for your sewing machine, that will allow you to sew over the string. I think it is called a piping foot. If you know an upholsterer, they will let you know what it is called and where to get it. Oh and "put in the fkng work" sign is awesome, thinking of doing something similar in my workshop.
I was almost going to do a red and black on this run, but then I couldn't decide a red or a black shirt with the opposite color print. So I sat on it for a bit haha
I may have missed it, but did you do a video on how you had your tags made for sewing them on. I think it has a nice finishing touch to the apparel. Looks great. Thank you for sharing your videos.
Intro clip was on point as usual! Glad to see you finally able to print your own brand. The red on those white Ts, 👌! Gotta cop me one as soon as they release. Keep putting in the work, and forget the haters!!!
When I started selling shirts at work with the safety labeled bags, all folded perfectly, people thought it was so professional. I need to get my sewing machine back.
Wow.... found someone else doing the same thing I am... I print my own brand and for others also. Keep up the good work man. The videos are awesome, much respect to you. I always say I'm going to shoot video of the process but with the camera on it just slow everything down. Quick tip I started doing to save myself some time.... I take all my shirts over to the heat press as well bc I love how it smooths everything out. For the washing instructions I now print transfer sheets for them and when I go over to the heat press I just grab the corresponding transfer and press it. Ryonet sells the paper and powder. I use the lava grey for them works on white and dark garments. Keep up the good work
Thanks man. I actually prefer to print the labels on press rather than with a transfer. I used to use transfers for like a year before I got my press, but doing it on press I find I have way better quality with the label and I'm a lot faster
The big bolt that hangs down that you are talking about is why we sold our Riley Hopkins press and went M&R even Workhorse has that kind of Shit hanging down underneath the pallets.M&R is probably the best professional equipment there is for screen printing. We always had problems trying to print sleeves or legs back when we had our rally Hopkins.Once we went M&R it was over...Good luck man and how in the hell can you stand that cold and snow it’s been 70s and 80s here for weeks lol...... Great video again Lee! The extra time it takes to stitch on cloth tags to your garments sucks but it enhances the whole feeling of quality and attention every piece gets from you. A separate logo id in the form of the cloth tags reinforces your brand identity as well as provides confirmation of a genuine product and not some knockoff. Thank god you use a print for the collar label and not some irritating stiff tag, nothing worse than an itchy collar tag... lol I hope you can get some help in your shop soon so you can work on some more of your own products! Good luck man!
looks great man. Did you have any issues with the image stretching out when pulling the hoodies off the platen? Sometimes when I use the web adhesive, the fleece sticks to the pallet too much and I can't pull it off without stretching the image. One fix I've been using is flashing the image for an extended amount of time so it's almost cured. That way it doesn't stretch out as much even if I really have to pull it to get it to release from the web adhesive.
Thanks dude. I've stretched a few in my time, but using adhesive in general requires a bit of practice to figure out just the right amount to make it easy enough to remove but still hold the shirt down. I'm getting there with my setup now, it's taken a while haha

damn that was a lot but i enjoyed it lol just a suggestion for the tags, maybe sew them on before printing so when you go to press em that's the final step before bagging them. also had a question about pressing, does it leave a heat press box? Thanks for sharing
Thanks man. I don't sew the tags on until last because if there's a misprint or something like that, then I wasted time and money on sewing a tag that's going in the scrap heap. But no the heat press doesn't leave marks because I do it for a very short amount of time just to glaze the top layer of ink. Only 3 seconds
