Damn, dude! You've come a long way! I remember watching your videos wayyy before Thirty Eight Ride Co. was even a thing. Congrats on all the success! 🤘🏻
Good stuff dude! I've been working as a full time screen printer +7 years and still enjoy watching these videos on my spare time. It's awesome to see how other people do their thing! One day i would love to start my own business. Keep them coming! All the best from Finland
I love watching your videos. Since Last year I started a mirco business not small Home Screen print I can’t wait to grow as mouth as you have and I do vinyl screen print and soon I will do it like you. You have raw talent
Lee, I must say that of all the TH-cam channels on screen printing I watch, your channel gives me the most useful information. I have been printing since about 2005 and I enjoy the way you give clear and useful tips. Keep up the good work man. DeVo's Custom Screen Printing thanks you.
The anger in your face when pressure washing that jacket with the metal in the background made my day 😂😂🤘🏻🤘🏻 fucking amazing shit man AS ALWAYS 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻keep it up my guy!
Dude, the abrasion tests were rad... I'm sold I'll be buying a windbreaker! Your videos are always mega badass. It's so cool to see you progressing so well!
Haha glad to hear that made a sale! I stand behind my work, and testing the shit out of everything I make gives me that confidence. Plus it's pretty hilarious to destroy things 😂
Thank you man! I love how you demand perfection from yourself, I try so hard to fight against being mediocre even after a lot of work and I look back; I still feel that my work can't come close to how you're doing it. I am new at shirt printing though but thank you for these vids you raised the bar so high for me personally regarding what I want the future of my business to look like.
Lee Stuart might you be willing to share your overseas manufacture if not I completely understand....I’ve just been burned twice in my attempt and don’t have the money to keep testing fandoms if not I understand. Thanks for your videos none the less. Oh and where did you find the jackets.
Independent. I used to work at a shop in Downtown LA and I did the receiving there so I would see all the several garments we would order. Independent is hands down the best in terms of quality and price. Definitely recommend.
informative and entertaining, i always enjoy watching your videos i love to learn and the content with the hats made over seas and printing on windbreaker is both very good and useful to me. thanks man.
I just bought 13 of this exact jackets THEN realized how particular the printing process is for it. I can't trust it to my local printer at the cost they charge and I was at a loss. Then good ol google brought me here. Your vid is a life saver. I'm going to build a quick press for these, then buy a full press cause it's much more worth it, even if I mess something up.
LMAO - Thirts Eight Ride Co bullet proof prints way to abrasion test.! You're killing it with the brand - those hats are super tight - been fun watching - great content
Awesome Lee these came out so dope brother... And that abrasion test classic. Great job on all your doing so much respect for you and helps me.learn my brand as well.... Thank you for the great videos and inspiration. Patrick Black Heart Tees.
Awesome Hats, we have a similar product we had to go through a few local vendors to get that 3D puff to look "MONEY"... I would love to pick your brain and I might have stuff to share with you too but you seem to be pretty darn knowledgeable. Great stuff love your vids!
I was like cool I can snap up a camo jacket... prolly gona buy both now! Haha I get paid the Friday before launch so hopefully I can snap up a bunch of sick merch this go round!
Awesome video Lee! It may not be as fun as this or making stuff but I'd love to see how to handle marketing. It's no good making great products if you can't sell them! Keep smashing it!
I honestly don't do any real marketing. I make videos, have social pages and send out emails when I have a new product. I should probably put a little more into it but at the same time I like building an organic customer base because they're here for more than just a cool shirt or something, they're a part of the story
Hey Lee I am a fan of your you tube channel. Today I watched this video and you talked about getting in to overseas manufacturing for you clothing line. I have made several attempts at Manufacturing and have been basically ripped off everytime. I was wondering if you could make a video discussing and if that’s to much could you point me in the correct direction.
The whole video was tight! Very informative! Will you be sharing your overseas connect on the hats? It's really hard being a small time company and getting some reliable overseas contacts. ✌🏼

Most regular cure plastisol needs 320° with at least 15 seconds of dwell time. I try to push for as long as I can, in my new dryer I have about a minute of dwell at cure temp

That's awesome to hear man, thank you. I get a lot from watching yours too, I'm about to take the dive into sim process. I'm tired of making and seeing the graphic covered thumbnails lately, so I'm gonna try just clean photography for a while. I have a lot more fun making that haha

Dope video man! As always 👌🏼 What chemical do you use for color changes on the screen?
Hey Lee, What's the title of the song/music did you use on this video?
Are you using plastisol with the catalyst or Nylobag with catalyst? 🤔
I hate Nylobag 😫😫😫
This is plastisol, makes life easier
Lee Stuart... As sure as shit is brown, I bet it does. Nylobag is good but it’s too difficult to use and I’ve had bad migration problems in the past with it
Lol I'm dying love abrasion tests
can you reuse the screen afterwards since the catalyst was in there? or does it make it difficult?
They can be reclaimed or reused no problem. If reusing you'll just have to clean it well first
Sick vid! You still taking screen printing orders? I’ve been looking for a place to get a couple things done.
Have you tried the Independent Trading Co Anorak pullover windbreaker? I want to screenprint on them but im afraid they wont withstand the curing process. Was trying to do 3M plastisol and it requires 340 degrees temp
They're the exact same as these as these are independent, these just have buttons. So it's the same application
