Ive ben saying this for years working multiple jobs. Motivation, or even a simple ''good job'' to any employee goes A LONG WAY. Good to see you thank your crew man. Love you Lee.
Man shout out to Jordan, seems like a cool dude to hang with, great personality, willing to learn, hard worker …a great type of guy to have on any team
Hey man, I just wanted to leave this here: I followed you way back in the day for the Harley Build & sick Wheelies. But ever since you stepped into the screenprinting game I never unsubbed. And ebery once in a while I tuned in to your Videos to let you tell me some rad shit about shit I know absolutely nothing about. And seeing your absolute dedication and enthusiasm... and also seeing you tackle challenges and seeing your business prosper ... and now going even bigger steps ... ... man it just really warms my heart and its cool as hell to see! Keep on doing your thing! Love to see it! Cheers mate ✌
I’m in a very similar situation. Growth, scaling and adding systems, so I can focus on the bigger picture. It is stressful entering into the unknown, but must be done! Nice job as always!
Yes to Seps! I've been following you since you started screen printing. You've been a big motivation for me. Your videos have always inspired me to learn and grow my business into something that I never thought was possible. For me this started out as a curiosity and now I run a small shop out of my basement but I have plans to move into a bigger space in the next year or so. (The way thing's have been going it'll probably be sooner than later). Thanks for sharing your journey. The good, the bad, and the ugly, all of it is valuable as a teaching tool. Print on!
AS a controls and process engineer for a car manufacturer, and part time clothing brand disciple of the school of Lee Stuart... it is wise to print out the SOP and have them in the area where it is mostly used (above where the laptop is stationed and have it visible available [maybe laminated] for anyone capable of performing the task)... great fahking work bro!
Actually you won’t get roasted but you’ll probably have a gang of people reaching out to work with you because it’s a dope work environment. Jordan will be shop manager in no time at this rate!
Love the videos as a fellow screenprinter over in the UK. Amazing to see the growth over the last 4 years and watching how your business size has increased tremendously. Besides your care and value for quality, shown though the construction of your videos , showing the pursuit of doing everything to the highest quality possible. What would you say has had the largest impact to the growth of your business? Would it be through word of mouth, community, youtube, advertising or a combination?
This video was awesome and I found a ton of value in it. One question though, what happens if you have multiple cups out and they are close in color and a new guy mix’s up the lids?
We use the Avient mixing system but using Rutland inks instead. We have some wilflex, but it's just the white. Are there any differences between the two
@@leestuart38 no, you let your employee try it first, i mean you must do your steps first, because you know how its work, a SOP is the same as writing a manual

creates encouragement and the want to preferably do it better, and more efficiently than before

I like that you give yourself a deadline, it keeps a person on track and focused.
Would love to see a video on the seperation process. Been learning loads from you lately. Much appreciated. Watching from Dublin, Ireland 🤜🤛
Yeps to SEPS! Love the dynamic in the shop. Your personalities are a vibe.
That card system is really good we actually use it at my job and it’s helped a lot I’m our shipping department

Grab the DYMO 450 Twin Turbo. It's a 2 in one printer so you an have both labels on one machine.
That thing is a huge piece of crap, I own one. We use two printers instead and it's way more efficient
SEPS please Thanks Lee!

Add READING, to your hire requirements....lol
first control your SOP, do it first yourself, make improvement when everthing is ok, then roll it out
That's exactly what I did
@@leestuart38 no, you let your employee try it first, i mean you must do your steps first, because you know how its work, a SOP is the same as writing a manual
