For creating a texture like this you have to use Substance Designer which cost money (Blender Guru tutorials are free). Second thing is that it is not easy, you have to use like 50 nodes in Substance Designer to come up with this texture. If you want to learn Substance Designer there are beginner tutorials on "Substance By Adobe" channel.

The link is in the description. Download it, then on Blender, go to 'Edit' and click 'Preferences'.
Then click 'Add-ons' and at the top row, there is a download icon which will say 'install an add on' when you hover your cursor on it. Click it, then click the zip file of add on you downloaded from the description.
Then automatically it will appear under addons, and then tick the box to enable it!

Great series. But in one of your old videos, you explained the importance of bevelling everything to add realism. You said the sharp edges don't exist in the real life. In this series, it seems like the frame of your couch is extremely sharp and you can literally cut your hand or legs by hitting on it. Was that intentional or forgotten?
    Please Bevel those edges.
