Finally first Indian street food which is not covered with extra raw cheese or any unnecessary ingredients or extra butter etc this is how street food should be never overdue it
Your comment section turned into comparison game for people for North & South. I know your intention was not that. I don't understand why People Can't get off comparison & enjoy food of different states as an Indian.
As a telugu person living in Bangalore I confirm the origin of this dosa is from Karnataka state. And the word dibba in telugu is something similar to say like thick dosa. No offense thats definitely Karnataka style dosa also sold well in Hyderabad. Awesome. May be the youtuber isnt aware if they are seeing it in Hyderabad for first time, they dont know.
This is called aapam in tamilnadu. But u r adding masala on it. Tamilians add milk/coconut milk once it is cooked and tranfer to plate. We pour a half a cup of milk on it and sprinkle some sugar
Bro This is Mulubaglu Dosay of Karunadu 🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱. Not Dibba dabba sponge Dosay😂😂😂. This is Authentic Dosay that was invented in Small Town of Mulubaglu in Karunadu (So called Karnataka) 🇦🇱😍🇦🇱.
This is cultural appropriation. This is Mulbaglu dose` from Mulbaglu of Karnataka. Do not use dibba to describe it, Kindly do basic research before using a convenient name.
Everything is good but it looks like they're serving dalda / margarine based hybrid butter considering time it's taking to melt on dosa, this is not at all good for the health..

I am Indian and literally have seen only twice extra raw cheese on Street food and both were Chinese foods.

That style of dosa first originated in Mulbagal a town outside of Kolar district in Karnataka. It’s famously known as mulbagal dosa.
Exactly about to write it😂
