- Unique style of dosa made in shape of a pan so that the inside can be stuffed with different fillings. All their dosa are made in ghee. The masala filling inside the dosa is very simple yet delicious and the dosas are crisp and crunchy, but the best part is the tangy tomato chutney. This channel is really good in providing information about all the street food centres where one should NOT eat. Hats off to the Unique efforts put in by the TH-camr.
I find myself in the background from a year ago, sitting alone and patiently waiting for freshly prepared dosas. I had ordered several dosas for takeout. Surprisingly, a year later, a video featuring this moment appeared as a recommendation on TH-cam, and it has garnered 1.7 million views. The astonishment on both my wife's and my face is truly unbelievable...

Im from bangalore. This is called Mulbagl Dosa which is sort of fusion of Appam & Masala dosa

Lovely .... I had them last time I was in Bangalore ... not at this place but another location .... They are very nice .... I love the dosas in Karnataka .... CTR, MTR and ofcourse these mulbagal dosas .... Saw some comments on getting heart attack ..... Toomuch of eating outside is not good .... but eat outside and excersise .... burn fat .... nothing will happen
Europeans consume good quantity of fat and oil but still live a longer life. Its because they excersise.... so its more about the lifestyle .... Having a dosa like this once in a while is perfectly fine according to me ....

Mulbagal Dose, is from a town in the Kolar district called Mulabagilu, situated near the state border with AP. ("Mula" means corner and "Bagilu" means door/entrance)
It is Mudana (Eastern) Bagilu (Door)

Same dosa in north india be like: Kg butter dalo, Kg cheese dalo, thoda paneer dalo, pyaz dalo, upma dalo, Pudina ka chutney dalo, Upar se thoda hajmola dalo. finally ready he hamara 120 rupees ka masala cholesterol dosa.

Why call it a “dibba” dosa from “Bangalore” when the folks that have created it already have a name for it. It’s from Mulbagal and called Mulbagal dosa. Mulbagal is not in Bangalore. Rather shady to call it anything else.

Dibba in telu means Stout '
Why are you refering it as Dibba dosa, its Mulbagulu Dosa, Mulbagulu is a town in Karnataka where these dosa's originated.

Regular dibba dosa has a hole in the center made by a tumbler i think,this is a variation,one dosa is a meal by itself ,filling ,too much oil is reqd which may not be healthy

If use that much amount of butter, it will taste good. When someone put cheese on it, I called it pizza. Leave certain thing authentic.
