@@piacash5216 Iloilo is the first and original, by law it's still Iloilo, the title is only given to Iloilo because it has a significance to it's history and it's non transferable. Just like Baguio as the City of Pines, you can't just plan Pine Trees more than Baguio and grab its title. Cebu is a self proclaimed Queen City, its local government used/grab the said moniker or title for its tourism and business promotion in print and tv advertisement during the economic slowdown of Iloilo and the rest is history.
