Adam Driver is a true actor. There are many movie stars in films but very few real actors. Adam Driver is so multi-faceted. He is not the standard "handsome" man but once you watch and listen to him...he is extremely sexy!! Martin Scorsese called him, "One of, if not the best actor of your generation." I agree.
Adam Driver is not only the best, most acomplished, polished and commited actor of his generation, but he also seems to be a real, genuine, humble, loyal human being.
Anther thing they did for him to lose weight was to put him on a liquid diet along with giving him water pills. He was on that diet for a week. Then someone messed up some of the film and they had to reshoot. He was put on that diet for another week. After that he took a break and went home to Indiana for a while. He always loved his grandma's cooking, so he went there to eat. She told me what all he ate while he was there and I got sick just hearing about it. She was a really good cook. Unfortunately, she is no longer with us.
