How to make Easy Chicken Kurma
Coconut oil - 1 - 11/2 tbs
Garlic - 2 tbs
ginger - 2 tbs
green chillies - 8 nos
Big onion - 3 nos
Turmeric powder - 3/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 25 gms
poppy seeds ( kaskas) - 1tbs
Chicken - 25 - 30 Pieces
Coconut milk( Second extract ) - 1 Cup
Salt( according to taste )
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Coconut milk( First extract ) - 1/2 - 3/4 Cup
Curry Leaves
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
