Ingredients:-
For Chicken Stew:-
Chicken - 1.5 Kg (30 pieces)
Big Onion - Sliced 1
Ginger (julienne cutting) - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 7 nos.
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Patatoe - 2 big
Water - 1 1/2.Cup
Garlic - 10 flakes sliced
Cardamon - 10 pieces
Cloves - 4 nos.
Cinnamon - 2 pieces
Jeera - 1 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil - 1 1/2 to 2 tsp
Curry leaves
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Maida (All pourpose Flour/Rice Flour/Corn Flour) - 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut MIlk - First Extract - Half Cup
Coconut Milk - Second Extract - 1 1/2 Cup

Dear Mam, i tried your stew today. I couldn't believe, it came out so well that it outweighs all the dishes i made before. Super tasty. Your key tips (especially cardomom- fennel seeds ratio)worked so well on the stew that it wasnt like any other stew i made before.
