That 7 pro in Hazel is the slickest color I've ever seen on a phone, it's late 70's modern home vibe is blended right into the 20th century effortlessly, it's honestly a work of art to surely be remembered.

Google really listened to you floss, they brought down that high ass power button, brought back face unlock, they seem to have greatly improved the fingerprint scanner and battery life. Google really came out hard in 2022

I was looking forward for Floss' reviews of the Google Pixel 7s...and I was not disappointed. Love it, a "quick unboxing" that lasts 48 min., but every minute is worth it. This is definitely a phone for me to consider. Thank you Floss.

Started using my Pixel 7 today, and I love it so far! Just wanted to clarify that it does allow you to put in a pattern to unlock the phone, and cinematic mode is on both models. Great video, as always!

Quick observation...when you did the side-by-side of the pixel watch & Galaxy watch the screen size looked the same. The Galaxy watch casing I think makes it look bigger. Not sure of the specs but that's just naked eye observation!
Have to say something! Pixel 6 user here since February and it has been some tough times before the June update. But the fingerprint sensor works fine now. I don't think it can be used as an against argument on the 6 line anymore! Also like the 6 visor more than the 7! Awesome review floss!
When I saw face unlock on this phone, I had to immediately buy it. It was the one reason I didn’t last year, and here we go - Google did it right this year!
Only works to unlock the phone though, not for logging into apps.
I honestly hope in the near future Google can bring back true face unlock like they had on the Pixel 4.
This year's fingerprint reader has unquestionably improved greatly. Much more trustworthy, decent speed. Although it doesn't "instantly" record your fingerprint like a supersonic reader, if you leave your finger in place for a few extra milliseconds, it will be almost as quick overall.
It's not about the extra milliseconds, it's the fact that optical sensor still needs the screen to wake first to work. And it's till a huge issue with dirty or sweaty hands.
I have the Galaxy S22 ultra, IPhone 14 pro, galaxy z fold 3 and this is my favorite phone so far (pixel 7 pro).. the speech technology is a game changer !🔥🔥🔥
Whenever my dogs have fleas I just use dawn dish soap and it kills them off really quickly! I really recommend you try that instead of those flea and tick chemicals - they can be pretty harsh for pets! Great video Floss
They’re so bad where I am. We just moved and I’ve never had an issue before now with fleas. They’re so bad and ALL the dogs have them. I’ve always used dish soap, but without treating the yard (it’s very large and near impossible), they’ll just keep coming back. We did a flea and tick topical treatment and I’m debating going to the daily or monthly chew tabs as an alternative because I’m still finding live fleas. This stuff is supposed to kill fleas, flea eggs, larvae, mosquitoes, ticks, and chewing lice. Dawn is amazing for an initial the week before or a week after topical treatment! For something less harsh on their natural oils and works EXACTLY like Dawn does for fleas, use Ivory dish soap 😊

As a mechanical watch nerd, a huge portion of people prefer stuff around or under 40mm tbh, only in smart watches do I see people wanting the gigantic sizes (any screen size improvement does make a difference, I get it). But 41mm isn't too bad at all size-wise
In the EDC community seems like most prefer 44mm+.

The sizes of some of these smartwatches are ridiculous. The 49mm Ultra Watch is insanely huge, I can't imagine someone buying a 49mm mechanical watch.

You don't have to use the pin authentication to unlock your phone, Floss. Go to the security setting, select pattern. Under the screen lock section. Great unboxing, love your videos!

Floss, I will tell you one good thing I like about the power and volume buttons on the same side. Coming from the 14 pro Max, I like when I have the phone either on a kickstand or watching a movie horizontally, and I can raise the volume and not worry about which side the phone is on. All the buttons are on the same side and it's kind of convenient

I've never really liked the look of pixel phones but that hazel with that gold camera bar is so sick to me and the watch to match is dope af even tho it is on the smaller side. Almost makes me wanna leave Samsung and go pixel for the first time.

Excellent reviews. The watch is meant to be a Fitbit. I'm used to wearing my Fitbit 24/7, sleeping in it to track sleep data as well. As as Fitbit, it's huge! You aren't sleeping in that humongous Apple Watch. The pixel watch is meant to be mainly a fitness watch, a fully featured Fitbit.
Flossy, I always give my animals cap star to deal with the fleas. You can see them falling off of them in like 30 minutes. Stuff works a treat

You're still the only tech reviewer on this platform that is all facts no bullshit. Some of these other channels sound a little too corporate at times and I cant tell if their reviews are being swayed by money. I have the Pixel 6 pro but I think Ill pass this on to my wife who needs a better phone and grab the 7 pro. Looks fire. Pixel , in my opinion, still the best android phone on the market.

Man I love my Google pixel pro 7. I'm using a speech to text now and it's amazing. Only thing I hate about it is cuz they don't have no Micro SD card so I can't upgrade my memory. Besides that, it's A #1 for me. I went from LG v60 to Google pixel 7. I was wanting on this REVIEW. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. Thanks for the review of Flossy

I got rid of my pixel 6 because it had too many issues. Replaced it with an S22 and it actually has less lag than my pixel 6. And the fingerprint scanner is just the best on the market.
Not being able to move the Google Bar, though it may seem insignificant, is a deal breaker for me. It would annoy me so much. That all white 7 is 🔥 tho. Great vid Floss.
You could use Nova Launcher to move the Google Bsr to the top.

Maybe I'm In the minority. But I love the power button and the volume rocker on the same side. It's easy to just use with my one thumb
Same but my phone was smartly made for those that accidentaly push the power button by making the power button concave so the moment your finger touches it it feels different and you know is not the volume button. All phone makers should follow this tactic because it is very convenient for many reasons to be on the same side and by making it like that people like Floss won't have issues pressing the wrong button.
@@SIPEROTH I get what you're saying but I have never had a problem even with the buttons feeling the same hitting the wrong button because one is longer aka the volume rocker and the other one is a smaller button which is the power button

For the fleas use Adam’s Flea shampoo and spray. It’s one you can spray both on White Shoes and furniture or places she likes to spend time. It kills the fleas instantly on sight. You can also use their carpet powder but I used baking soda and salt and left it overnight before vacuuming and it worked just as good 👍🏿

Thanks for the initial unboxing! I do disagree about the volume. I use my volume buttons multiple times a day. I agree about the lack of expandable storage though. That sucks!
They do it on purpose to force you to use their cloud services where they can check your data, use it and sell it and also to make you pay them top dollar for extra storage.
Btw I agree with you about volume. I use it all the time and on my phone is on the same side and is actually easier since I already hold it with a way my finger is close to that side and I never press the power button by mistake so it seems to me like is a personal Flossy issue.
I use my volume rocker everyday too, but I think I prefer it on the left side and Split from the power button

I actually don't have a problem with the buttons being on the same side. I think it allows for a clearer design and I haven't had to hit the buttons accidentally. Also, I do use my volume button a lot.
You can add patten unlock 🔓 on the Pixel 7 Pro, just need to go into security settings and change it from your pin.
I haven't used many other face unlocks other than iPhones but Im very pleased with how the Pixel 7 has been these last few days. I've been so used to using fingerprint on my 6 that I keep forgetting that it's on the 7 and wonder how my phone got unlocked. I'll go to use my finger to unlock the phone and it's already unlocked 😂
I think the Google Always On Display is perfect. It's discreet and lights up just enough. The Apple always on display is bright as hell and has way too much on it. Imagine trying to sleep with that.

I'm on the fence because of my experience with the Pixel 6. Any dropped calls, signal strength issues, connectivity issues to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, battery drain, overheating? If you don't mind, thanks.
@@hhhmmmmmmmm Signal strength has been good. No dropped calls as of yet. Phone has been cool and comfortable. Bluetooth and wifi connectivity has been good also. I have noticed a weird bug when playing music in TH-cam music and a couple other media players where the volume turns down automatically. Thats the only knock for now.

I did agree about the volume rocker on the same side, but after rocking it since it came out, I kinda like knowing all the buttons are on one side.
Especially with a case that helps them stick out.
Don't forget the amazing Spam detection for both calling and texting. My work uses iPhones for business and Spam is a huge issue

Got the Pixel 7 Snow. What a piece. Love that porcelain back. Like a pristine airport bathroom. And the camera performance is truly impressive.
The tele lens of the Pro wouldve been cool, but not for 300 usd, and I also prefer the smaller vanilla form factor and non curved screen.

You can change the look of the AOD on the Pixel in settings, you can make the fonts larger and center the clock. You can also choose to to show all notification content on the lock screen.
Another phone that I won't buy but watch a complete series about it on flossy's channel. This guy is the 🐐

power and volume in the right makes perfect sense, most people are right handed and ur thumb perfectly reaches it. I use and press the volume button many times every day, if the move it to the left it would be a complete disaster for me

Floss a great tip that I have for the fleas is giving your pet a bath in apple cider vinegar and water. Just fill up bath enough for Shoes and pour just a lil bit not to much or to less in the water. Then put in a separate cup put warm water and some apple cider vinegar and pour that straight on Shoes the fleas will drop like flies immediately fam! Works for my dogs when its flea season 😀
