    Update- I was skeptical but desperate, suffering from debilitating anxiety for years. After a month of EFT, I am CURED! Amazing. Simply amazing. My first tap along video, I was in the midst of a long night of panic attacks, and it was completely dissipated within minutes of tapping. I am so relieved and grateful. As far as anxiety levels go, I am now running at about a 0-2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I'm not even an anxious person anymore; and it has been such a short time!

    prayer as I watch this video:
    - to awaken more deeply, to come home to myself, completely
    - to have my broken heart permanently mended
    - to remember and to truly know, fully, who I AM
    - to feel free and at ease inside my own skin
    - to be and to feel beautiful
    - to be powerful, to know my power, to attract what I want
    - to be continuously given insights and revelations and clarity
    - to unite and to be with my twin-flame/soul-mate/true-love NOW
    - to successfully thrive off my passions and talents
    - for a tribe of real friends
    - to be permanently healed on every level and in every way...

    Thank you for this great video. I've looked at it very often, it's really my medecine when I'm stressed. Incredibly efficient, as far as I can judge by the many yawns that happen to me at this moment (it's a real sign of relaxation); I love all EFT videos, but for that, this one is very special : perhaps because you speak a lot of physical feelings (tense muscles, breath, and so on).

    3 years ago i was having panic attacks that frequently resulted in fainting, mostly in public places, and even during a date once. It was humiliating as well as dangerous. So i took meds but before long the effects wore off. A close friend suggested a course that helped them, so I thought why not, I'll give it a try. the strategy worked on the spot! Because i'm not fearful and understand i'm able to stop any attack, the attacks went away.

    Karate point is on the outside edge of either hand, the fleshy part between the base of your little finger and just above your wrist. You tap that area with the tips of your fingers of the opposite hand. Just look at some of Margaret's other videos and you will see it there.

    The anxiety symptoms are long gone now. It took a couple of months of somewhat regular tapping to disappear completely, but 90% was gone within days. I was tapping an hour plus a day at first. It wasn't a chore. I kept tapping because it was so exciting it was working so much.
    I still tap pretty much every day, but now on general self improvement, like conflict with the in-laws, guilt issues, sweets cravings, limiting beliefs about money, etc. I tap about 5 minutes a day now.

    @LittleGlitterGal A trick, for speaking in front of my class in University, was saying that my feelings were "excitement" rather than stress. When u tell your body something positive, like the pounding of your heart is happy, rather than something negative, your body/mind readjusts itself & u get through it. Also practice your speech over & again @ home & in front of trusted people, that builds confidence so that u get through it quickly & its done well, when in front of classmates...good luck!

  • @J.Guill79
    @J.Guill79 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    @LittleGlitterGal the most important thing is to try your best to control your breathing, try to picture yourself anywhere else but infront of your class giving your speech. Remember DONT WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOUR CLASSMATES THINK OR SAY. Good Luck and please let me know how your speech goes!!!

  • @J.Guill79
    @J.Guill79 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    @LittleGlitterGal Your problem reminds me of back when i was in school. I suffered with the same exact problems you have while speaking publicly, i still actually have problems with it and im now 32. I've tried everything from medication to being hypnotized and nothing has helped. what you need to do is try your best to stay calm and just breathe. Do not worry about what other kids think or say, trust me when you get to be my age it will not matter one bit.

    I returned and did some more. I went from 8 to 7 to 4 to 2-3 to 1. My anxiety was very intense at these low numbers, which I k now is contradictory. For me. what is left is very intense. I kept at it, taking some breaks, and got to a low fraction within 1 (.02). I feel more comfortable now, and I notice more ease in typing.

    Can EFT help phobias? I have certain things I avoid due to anxiety. I have anxiety about things related death and violence. I can't look at the tv or news, because of all the anxiety I have because of my phobias. If I'm confronted by the things that make me anxious, I feel like a person that feels like they need to escape a house that's on fire. Though, as time goes on, I feel better. My life could be a lot easier if I didn't have these anxiety issues.

    An idea for people who want to heal their sight (yes, it's possible, a lot of people have succeeded) : I do EFT videos with full screen, and WITHOUT MY GLASSES; it is very interesting to see the variations of my sight, probably in function of my emotions : sometimes, I've flashes of nearly clear vision, some seconds after, my vision becomes very confused, at other moments, it doesn't change for some seconds. I've not healed yet, but all that are interesting experiences, which probably help.

    Hi..I had the same question..what I found was...you have to acknowledge the feeling/emotion/belief and give it a 'voice' so that you can let it go. You cant change what you don't acknowledge- after you acknowledge your 'shadow'(hidden self-debbie ford) you are free to clear it out of your energy field. This is just my experience tho.I would rather deal with the negative for a few moments, forgive myself for it than deal with it bubbling up in my life over and over in other ways.Just my thoughts.

    I can't do these at work when I have anxiety. Anybody has any other suggestions?

  • @luvemcats888
    @luvemcats888 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    You are bringing up the negative to tune into the negative energy, when you tap on the meridian points as you are in the negative energy, it neutralizes the negative energy. Very often, when you are trying to be positive, you really still have the negative energy around and in you, which is why affirmations don't really work most of the time, or take a very long time to settle in. With this technique you just have to locate the truth of how you really feel, own it, and tap on it. It works - fast
