Update- I was skeptical but desperate, suffering from debilitating anxiety for years. After a month of EFT, I am CURED! Amazing. Simply amazing. My first tap along video, I was in the midst of a long night of panic attacks, and it was completely dissipated within minutes of tapping. I am so relieved and grateful. As far as anxiety levels go, I am now running at about a 0-2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I'm not even an anxious person anymore; and it has been such a short time!
prayer as I watch this video:
- to awaken more deeply, to come home to myself, completely
- to have my broken heart permanently mended
- to remember and to truly know, fully, who I AM
- to feel free and at ease inside my own skin
- to be and to feel beautiful
- to be powerful, to know my power, to attract what I want
- to be continuously given insights and revelations and clarity
- to unite and to be with my twin-flame/soul-mate/true-love NOW
- to successfully thrive off my passions and talents
- for a tribe of real friends
- to be permanently healed on every level and in every way...
I was anxious, I was shaking of fear, you help me a lot now I feel a lot better thanks Margaret L.
Very useful and practical video. It's easy to follow and it helps. Thanks Margaret.
Wonderful technique thanks a lot Margaret.
Hi Margaret! You are a tremendous blessing to my life!!
This was so helpful.God bless you Margret
Very helpful although I need to repeat this a few more times. Thank you also for pausing so we can repeat after you. ❤️
Well I am back one week later and this is amazing stuff! wow Thank you Margret. I will cont. with other issues going forward.
Yes it is a great way to release and feeling better!
what a good advice! thanks! never thought of panic that way,
Love it, just couldn't see what you are doing with your hand and where the under arm points were.
Thank you. Very quick and to the point. Dropped 2 points the first round.
Thank you so much Margret it worked like magic
Thank you for this great video. I've looked at it very often, it's really my medecine when I'm stressed. Incredibly efficient, as far as I can judge by the many yawns that happen to me at this moment (it's a real sign of relaxation); I love all EFT videos, but for that, this one is very special : perhaps because you speak a lot of physical feelings (tense muscles, breath, and so on).
This worked out really great for me! Thanks!
Thank you so much for this, I was at a 10 and now I'm at a 2. I will watch this again and again!
Thanks so much just after one session of this i feel so much better. I actually feel normal I can eat like normal. And I'm not panicking. Great video.
Well done, gotta get that Cortisol down and this is definitely the quickest method
i have anxiety, last night before bed i tried this and i did not feel my heart jumping had a peaceful night thank you!
This worked great thank you!!!
Thanks for the video, awesome and useful.
Thank you Margaret , you are amazing xxxxxx
3 years ago i was having panic attacks that frequently resulted in fainting, mostly in public places, and even during a date once. It was humiliating as well as dangerous. So i took meds but before long the effects wore off. A close friend suggested a course that helped them, so I thought why not, I'll give it a try. the strategy worked on the spot! Because i'm not fearful and understand i'm able to stop any attack, the attacks went away.
Sarah McKinney can u tell what was the course which helped u plzzz
I went from a 7 to I don't even remember what I was ever anxious about--cool!
This is helpful.
Thank you I have been battling anxiety for too long. I will continue with this and give an update in 1 week:) god Bless you for this video.
Heh heh can we now get the 1 week update? :D So how did you beat anxiety?
Thank you this is wonderful.
Very helpful.Thanks
Karate point is on the outside edge of either hand, the fleshy part between the base of your little finger and just above your wrist. You tap that area with the tips of your fingers of the opposite hand. Just look at some of Margaret's other videos and you will see it there.
I still use the small fractions as I head to zero. Anxiety IS reducing, and it is nice to see it go. The first top comment motivated me.
Thank you for the video
amazing! this works.
The anxiety symptoms are long gone now. It took a couple of months of somewhat regular tapping to disappear completely, but 90% was gone within days. I was tapping an hour plus a day at first. It wasn't a chore. I kept tapping because it was so exciting it was working so much.
I still tap pretty much every day, but now on general self improvement, like conflict with the in-laws, guilt issues, sweets cravings, limiting beliefs about money, etc. I tap about 5 minutes a day now.
thank you very much it really helped
Thank you so much! X
@LittleGlitterGal A trick, for speaking in front of my class in University, was saying that my feelings were "excitement" rather than stress. When u tell your body something positive, like the pounding of your heart is happy, rather than something negative, your body/mind readjusts itself & u get through it. Also practice your speech over & again @ home & in front of trusted people, that builds confidence so that u get through it quickly & its done well, when in front of classmates...good luck!
@LittleGlitterGal the most important thing is to try your best to control your breathing, try to picture yourself anywhere else but infront of your class giving your speech. Remember DONT WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOUR CLASSMATES THINK OR SAY. Good Luck and please let me know how your speech goes!!!
@LittleGlitterGal Your problem reminds me of back when i was in school. I suffered with the same exact problems you have while speaking publicly, i still actually have problems with it and im now 32. I've tried everything from medication to being hypnotized and nothing has helped. what you need to do is try your best to stay calm and just breathe. Do not worry about what other kids think or say, trust me when you get to be my age it will not matter one bit.
thanks
It worked for me !!
I returned and did some more. I went from 8 to 7 to 4 to 2-3 to 1. My anxiety was very intense at these low numbers, which I k now is contradictory. For me. what is left is very intense. I kept at it, taking some breaks, and got to a low fraction within 1 (.02). I feel more comfortable now, and I notice more ease in typing.
very useful thank you.god bless you
Thanks. Tapping works, but it may not be for every person and every situation, for example in a room full of strangers. There is an effective and more practical technique from "7 minutes to serenity" that I've been hearing a lot about.
Good job
Can EFT help phobias? I have certain things I avoid due to anxiety. I have anxiety about things related death and violence. I can't look at the tv or news, because of all the anxiety I have because of my phobias. If I'm confronted by the things that make me anxious, I feel like a person that feels like they need to escape a house that's on fire. Though, as time goes on, I feel better. My life could be a lot easier if I didn't have these anxiety issues.
Hellow, How long wil I relieved by doing 1 session of tapping?
Thankyou
An idea for people who want to heal their sight (yes, it's possible, a lot of people have succeeded) : I do EFT videos with full screen, and WITHOUT MY GLASSES; it is very interesting to see the variations of my sight, probably in function of my emotions : sometimes, I've flashes of nearly clear vision, some seconds after, my vision becomes very confused, at other moments, it doesn't change for some seconds. I've not healed yet, but all that are interesting experiences, which probably help.
I recently started cutting, and I'm definably going to try this.
could this be considered a form of stimming?
Are there any points where u can tap if you need to do this in public?
how many times a day do you use it? or only when you have a panic attack?
How often do you have to do this once a day 3 times a day is there an answer.
I was at a 4 and now I'm at a zero, but I also feel brainwashed, like I learned something extra I can't put my finger on, and I've got a duty to perform some day when the trigger is given.
I was skeptic, I tried, it works!
Hi..I had the same question..what I found was...you have to acknowledge the feeling/emotion/belief and give it a 'voice' so that you can let it go. You cant change what you don't acknowledge- after you acknowledge your 'shadow'(hidden self-debbie ford) you are free to clear it out of your energy field. This is just my experience tho.I would rather deal with the negative for a few moments, forgive myself for it than deal with it bubbling up in my life over and over in other ways.Just my thoughts.
I can't do these at work when I have anxiety. Anybody has any other suggestions?
You are bringing up the negative to tune into the negative energy, when you tap on the meridian points as you are in the negative energy, it neutralizes the negative energy. Very often, when you are trying to be positive, you really still have the negative energy around and in you, which is why affirmations don't really work most of the time, or take a very long time to settle in. With this technique you just have to locate the truth of how you really feel, own it, and tap on it. It works - fast
My mum wants me to do tapping because I have school anxiety
can't see where you are tapping ( the first one)
Tina Takach she shows it at 1:06. Right beside your pinky finger.
Unable to see where karate point is unfortunately as it is not in view.
lol.. sorry great instruction especially where/how the karate point is being SHOWN.. which i cant see clear at all.. so it leaves me guessing .. about the karatepoint ??? ...
@KingFrankie777 Haha... I like how you decide right at the end 'I'm gonna blank out my swearing now'.
In about six rounds, I went from 9-10 to 0-1. I think I'll do one more round.
as soon as i stop it comes right back
Actually, you can. It works even if you just think of doing it. Go through the points and the words in your mind. Seriously. Just try it.
Alternatively, you could take a bathroom break and do it there.
Can't see your hands in the video
Can’t even see where you are tapping on the under arm?
thank you for that ;O)
how to you reply to somebody's comment from here? :)
2:50 for extra rounds of tapping :)
I got anxious 1:50 not being able to see where to tap. I suggest lowering the camera and inch?.
i think i will be able to swim in my swim meet now i hope i will see past the competition and have more fun
2:53 to start the session!
@DayMare2000
I would get this checked out medically if I were you and double check there is not an underlying physical cause such as epilepsy etc. Sending every blessing and good wish to you for happier days ahead :)
Can we use both hands/ both sides of the body ?
As far as I know, you can definitely do that.
I overcame anxiety with sport, proper diet and NoAnx4All technique.
I was 4 when this came out. I’m 13 now xD (as of 2018 hehe)
keep tapping until it's gone or you pass out!
It seems like negative affirmations with anchoring! Why would you keep repeating that you are feeling negative things? This seems like drilling it in!

Him: "Why are you hurting?" Me: "Everything and nothing."
Very Gorgeous and Intelligent
you shoulda run us throught the whole session not just the first step, but thanks anyway
i dont like the idea of affirming i am so anxious.... that would attract more anxiety
يا ريت مترجم بصوت عربي حتى نعرف نعمله عزيزتي شكرا لك
agreed!
@FireYourDoctor Yeah, you like that shit? I don't know what the f**k I was thinking. :/ I should tap for this.
really? it's just the side of your hand
Love I t
I watched this first in 2009😃
Cognitive awareness. Acknowledge and repair. Makes sense.
Doing this is so annoying and boring that it makes you forget about your anxiety. Instead your focused on when this activity will be over.
She looks like female version of doctor strange
Perhaps need to tap on paranoia...? :)
you can explan well... but you look even better.. you are one gorgeous looking woman with no doubt...
