I have had a shift. Have been having some very moving night dreams that are a bit strange but have made me look at some things that shaped my views on my life situation in general. Especially of my inability to finish anything and to allow good things to happen in my life on a consistent basis. Many things have been coming up since I viewed this video.

Wow you are so positive! I love these videos and have learned so much. I've just released a LOT of negative energy surrounding my income I have been on "welfare" coming up to two years. It's made me angry and I've blamed a lot of other people. I'm ready to take on a new job and a higher income now, because I am GRATEFUL and anything I earn will be more than enough for me. :-) xx

SO I do set goals and I work my tail off - and tapping can only help me. You have touched on breaking family codes and I think that is HUGE for me
We tap on the negative to bring it up. If we keep junk in the closet & we want a clean house we won't have a clean house. So we pull everything out of the closet & then put it in the dumpster.
You always tap with negative statements first, clearing them away by doing so because you tap on energy meridians. Then you move to more positive statements.

because your accepting them. If we want beautiful flowers to grow in our gardens, then you have to love the down and dirty. I found it odd to start with too, however the resistance you feel to them is the resistance you're freeing up and the positive reinforcement, after accepting the dirtier ones open the flow to the reenforced feeling. The issue isn't about how clear and happy we can think we'd like it, it's the real un accepted feelings that are blocked. Hope that made sense x

Great to be in a place of acceptance and although challenging to accept feelings that lay dormant, so pleased to have global guidance through the process. It's amazing how our feelings can become attached to certain ideas and it's really wonderful to see how honouring them (giving them a voice and space) provides the freedom, especially when avoidance is so costly xxx With Gratitude xxx
