Most of us experience anxiety at times - some more intensely than others. EFT/Tapping is a simple way to downregulate the stress response, helping us to achieve more freedom to feel better and think more clearly. It may be beneficial or even necessary to seek professional help, but I hope you find this helpful in at least reducing your distress in the moment.

So that I can make these videos available, I need to state that you must take responsibility for your own well-being if you choose to tap along. While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. I am not a doctor, and the information presented here is not intended to replace appropriate treatment by a physician or mental health professional. EFT is still in the experimental stage and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting it, we cannot claim that it is risk-free. I am unaware of anyone experiencing negative side effects from using these videos, but different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that this video is not able to address. It is recommended that you consult a qualified health practitioner prior to using this technique.
That being said, I hope you will enjoy this video and find it beneficial, and that you will share it with others.
This is certainly not intended to be a comprehensive handling of the subject -- I can only cover so much in 5-10 minutes...! I'm also not working with you personally to address specific individual issues. Hopefully, though, it will help you address the issue enough that you can experience greater freedom to live the life you really desire and deserve. For further support, I encourage you to check out the other offerings available from myself and other EFT practitioners, including workshops and private sessions. For more information about tapping, as well as a ton of great resources to help you live your best life possible, please visit: www.tapwithbrad...
This is only my way of using the process, rather than what might be called official EFT.

Yet, I see it is important to do ones own specific issues because we might feel we aren't honest with ourselves..However, as a model to understanding the principal, such as using, ' I choose to love and accept myself', in that case, Brads run is very helpful, and thx for that discussion....enjoy your day...

You'll notice that I start with the discomfort, and even sometimes when I've switched to the positive statements I will go back to the negative again to see if there's more to clean up. DIfferent strokes work for different folks - experiment and find what you feel works best for you.

Thank you, Brad! After a few times of repeating this I think it is starting to work a little. I've had a lot of stress lately and 2 traumatic events. And a lot of fear for my bad health. I find it more and more difficult to let things go. I'm affraid to let it all go, though it's giving me so much stress. Just now I tried tapping for the 4th time, and I suddenly began to yawn 2 times.. feeling slightly more calm. I think it's a start (a slow start, but still..).
I feel a little hope now... because I am at the end of my rope and I'm desperate.
      Thanks again!

I still can't believe how this works every time. Every time I start getting anxious I think "Oh right, I just gotta tap with Brad and it's going to be alright" - and it always is. You help me (and everyone else apparently) SO SO much. And for some reason you are ALWAYS finding the exact words I need to hear in that moment, regardless of the topic. So just - thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Have you looked into chronotypes? Yours may be dolphin, like mine. Folks like us tend to be a bit on the anxious side because our minds are always going. Dr Breus has a great Ted Talk on this topic and recommends that dolphins do cardio early in the morning to help mitigate the anxiety. Hope that helps ❤️

THANK YOU Mr. Yates. I have had anxiety since a medical event in 2016. Tried it all. Then came tapping. Every time I use this video, it works. If not the first round, I go for a repeat & BAM, it's gone. The more I practice, the more cleansing tears are released. The fear is gone, the tears are the relief. But this also helps me address issues I don't like facing, that are tucked away in the back of my mind. I must give out your page 3 times a week, post it regularly as I am in the healing realm myself (metaphysical). People listen to me & tell me I nailed it - no, EFT nailed it. I'm so grateful for your videos, they really are the best out there. Blessings, :)

Brad my sisters allways tells me to Tap with you...I've watched you many times and tapped in the past but today I needed to tap badly. I haven't tapped in 3 years and today I had a bad anxiety attack. I remembered my sister saying "tap with Brad".
I was out looking for property to starting my own business within an hour I got this incredible tightness in my chest which the last time I felt this way was about 8 years ago so I knew it was anxiety attack. Even bending over I could feel pressure and touching my middle of my chest I could feel pain. I remembered you when I came home and I started to tap. After tapping with you a few times The pressure didn't go away but I to say my stress level went down significantly. I could actually feel the difference. Thank you so much for making these videos...I'm in tears while I'm writing this. Im very grateful for your time and energy! Thank you a thousand times.

Thank you so much for this Brad. You've saved me on so many occasions. Last week I had a horrible panic attack while boarding a 15 hour flight and felt like I literally couldn't go on the plane. I went through a few of your sequences and felt so calm, it's amazing how well EFT can work.

Brad...thank you. Of all the tapping scripts on lines yours is the one I always come back to. You have this ability to understand the fragility of human thinking and strengthen it. Your happiness tapping really works and I use it most mornings on waking up. This has had a phenomenal affect upon my life. Thank you for giving in the way you do...thank you.

The “I am a gift” part broke me down. I realized how much I struggle with the pressure from the concept of “I have a gift and I’m supposed to give it to the world” and how that has trapped me in a cycle of not feeling worthwhile unless I am DO-ing. “I am a gift” helped me feel the difference to BE-ing. Thank you, Brad.

My sister is a EFT trainer and has been at the forefront of Energy Psychology for 30 years. But alas, she lives 700 miles sway and stays so busy with her practice, healing others. Brad Yates, you have just saved me with your videos, this is the 2nd video for me. You have a true gift and this is beyond helpful, lifesaving in fact. Thank you so very much. Doubters, just follow along, do what he does, say what he says. It works, it's a miracle and Brad knows how to get this out to the public. Bless him.

Something else you can add is Epsom salt baths. I started this for pain, taking a bath every night with Epsom salts and I stopped having panic attacks after 30 years. I also had a new issue at that time of waking up with leg cramps and that also went away. I still have anxiety and night time anxiety so I do the tapping. If you can't take a bath you could also put magnesium oil on your feet at night. I'm not a Dr I only share what has helped me because I know how a panic attack feels and want to help people. If you are tapping during a panic you can also use affirmations to remind yourself that you are ok, it has happened before you will overcome like you did before and that the anxiety and panic and even physical symptoms is temporary and WILL PASS. I've heard people have less anxiety with probiotics increase but I haven't been consistent with it myself. I liked this tapping video so much I went through it four times in a row and whereas before I felt I'll and couldn't move laying in bed feeling anxiety, now I'm ready to sleep 🙏🏼💜💙💚💛🧡❤️✨🌈💤

Thank you so much for this particular one! Its a great general tonic for pretty much anything, For me,I get very anxious over what you could call very silly phobias. A few days ago they installed a very bright light on a building behind my house. It is bothering me and making me feel anxious, simply because its a change.A sudden change in my environment that I felt comfortable with. I am on the autism spectrum. So this tapping is great for this and it is helping after just one session.

Firts time I discovered tapping. What a special experience. It helped a bit ..the pressure on my chest was lower. Half way tears ran down my face. I couldn’t do anything about it.
I think I’m going to do this every day or more. Thank you 🙏🏻
