Until 1986 the Hallberg - Rassy 312 Mark I was built, with the portlights in the blue stripe in the hull and with or without quarter berth. Models without quarter berth had an extra cockpit locker on starboard.

    The previous owner of my boat used Copper Coat and I continued....so far, I am impressed. I've been in the water (Florida) for 6 months and when the diver came to clean the bottom, the hull was clean....no growth whatsoever!! When people have issues with Copper Coat not working, I suspect they didn't apply/sand it properly. I spent a week with 320 grit sanding (burnishing to expose the copper)...it was painful for sure but the results speak for themselves.

      Hey mate.... this is true! Bad application make the difference.. I got some friends has make disaster with incorrect application of coppercoat... some friends
      Say in bad word.. always read the fu..k..i..g instructions 😂

    Great job! We did it five years ago and I love my Coppercoat more and more every day. Especially when all the other boat owners are freezing their bums off every Spring in Copenhagen and I’m warm and cosy at home!! You’re going to love it for sure 🤗

    It's like the varnish, the more layers the longer it lasts! It should last about 15 years or more! Keep safe my friend!

      Hello ! I take one day for side 6 am to 18am waiting one hour from any coats ( depend of the temperature..) quite long but easy

    Molto interessante. Io ho cc ma devo rifare la chiglia e alcuni ritocchi. Volvevo chiederle se sulla base della sua esperienza per i ritocchi devo togliere tutta l’ossidazione (il verde) e se la chiglia va scartavetrata prima di rimettere la barca in acqua. La ringrazio

      Salve per i ritorco li può fare irruvidendo la superficie con carta vetrata 80 e poi si ritocca con del nuovo coppercoat grattando con la carta 80 il verde va via

      Off course but the the day of splashing it! You can’t sand too early!

      @@sea4see I mentoned it because anybody else that does it for themselves would need to know this.So many have made the mistake not sanding.And also when haul out, sand each time.This is why the more coats you put on the better.

      Great this is true!!! at the end I got 7/8 layer.. the problem is that nobody or very few do for them self...and rely to the marina or shipyard.. not my case😉

      @@sea4see I enjoy watching.Everything you, and they do .i can do .I am a carpenter and joiner and a lot more.I am old school.so from the days when there was none of those digital machines and composites..I have worked on 38ft to luxury liners.But hated being in the same working place.So worked a lot on shop fitting.I think you are doing a great job on that boat.

    Copper coat is pretty expensive, how many years do you expect from it.

      I have coppercoat on my HR36. Applied in 2013. Stil doing an excellent job!

    Also wenn ich das jetzt nach ausführlicher Recherche richtig sehe ist Coppercoat nichts anderes als Epoxidharz und Härter mit entsprechender Härtungs- bzw. Verarbeitungsdauer und Kupferpulver, sowie etwas Isopropanol...🤔😉

      Yes off course isopropyl need to be used to clean and degrease before apply coppercoat
